PIVOTING DENTAL CABINET ASSEMBLY
A dental cabinet assembly includes a stationary support defining a rotational axis. At least one cabinet is coupled with the stationary support and is configured to pivot about the rotational axis relative to the stationary support.
Technology associated furniture system
A system in which technology is associated with adjustable furniture includes at least one use position (in which the technology is available for use) and a storage position (in which the technology is not available for use). The technology is movable between the use position and the storage position. At least one use position is preferably located near the head of the furniture. In the storage position, the technology may be in a container, which may be a sterilizing container. The movement of the technology between the use position and the storage position may be coordinated with the transition between the upright position of the furniture and the recline position of the furniture.
Sterilization device utilizing low intensity UV-C radiation and ozone
A sterilization system uses ultraviolet radiation and ozone to eradicate deadly pathogens to sterilize a zone of a surface of an object or wound/incision sites. The sterilization system offers a safe sterilization method prior to or after surgery and/or closure wounds/incisions. The sterilization system has ultraviolet emitters that emit ultraviolet light in wavelengths that kill pathogens and in wavelengths that produce ozone at the sites, therefore killing/disabling several hard-to-kill pathogens. The sterilization system has proximity detectors to enable ultraviolet emission only when the system is properly located near or against the surface so as to protect from unwanted radiation from the ultraviolet light.

Dental laser unit with communication link to assistance center
A medical treatment apparatus includes a power and control (PAC) device. The PAC device provides electrical power through a cable to a laser handpiece assembly to electrically power a laser source within the handpiece assembly. The PAC device controls operation of the handpiece assembly and detects an identification of the handpiece assembly. The PAC device also monitors data relating to operation of the handpiece assembly. The PAC device uploads, through a communication network to a user assistance center remote from the PAC device, the handpiece assembly identification and the monitored data.

DENTAL TREATMENT TRAINING APPARATUS AND DENTAL TREATMENT TRAINING SYSTEM
A dental treatment training apparatus allows practice of complex treatments involving high accuracy and skill levels. A dental treatment training apparatus for providing a simulated treatment in which a treatment instrument is applied onto a tooth model includes a display unit that displays, in a superimposed manner, 3D image information based on predefined 3D information about the tooth model and the treatment instrument on a 3D view image, a position detector that detects 3D positional information about the tooth model, the treatment instrument, and the display unit, and a control unit that causes the display unit to display, in a superimposed manner, 3D image information corresponding to an item selected on a superimposed selection operation display for allowing selection of an item associated with the simulated treatment based on the 3D positional information detected by the position detector.
CUP HOLDING ASSEMBLY AND DENTAL CUP DISPENSER USING SAME
Provided is a cup holding assembly and a dental cup dispenser using same, the cup holding assembly including a plurality of holding modules, each has a seat portion and can hold a cup by contacting the cup from a plurality of directions in a mounting space and a rotary plate which has an inner opening overlapping with the mounting space and includes at least one spiral rail coupled to each of the plurality of seat portions in a non-fixed manner, thereby providing a spiral guide path to each of the plurality of seat portions. Each of the plurality of seat portions moves along the spiral guide path according to the rotation of the rotary plate. The plurality of holding modules move in a direction toward or away from the mounting space or the center of the first inner opening according to the movements of the plurality of seat portions.
