Systems for production of polymer encapsuated solids
Encapsulated solids are made by first encapsulating precursor materials in a polymer shell. The precursors are some combination of solids, liquids, gases, and/or gels. The precursors are then transformed into solids by emplacement of the capsule in an environment where gas or fluid transport into or out of the polymer shell causes transformation into solids.

Method and device for producing microdroplets
A method and an apparatus for producing various types of microdroplets are provided. The apparatus has a cross intersection portion 7 at which a first continuous phase 2, a first dispersion phase 4, and a second dispersion phase 6 intersect with each other; a first liquid feed device 12 controlling the first dispersion phase 4; a second liquid feed device 13 controlling the second dispersion phase 6; and a control device 11 connected to the first liquid feed device 12 and the second liquid feed device 13, in which the first liquid feed device 12 and the second liquid feed device 13 are controlled by a signal from the control device 11 so that microdroplets 9 formed of the first dispersion phase 4 and microdroplets 10 formed of the second dispersion phase 6 are sequentially produced.

METHOD FOR PRODUCING LIPOSOME AND APPARATUS FOR PRODUCING LIPOSOME
Disclosed herein are a method for producing a liposome which is capable of reducing the facility costs and also capable of rapid desolvation, and an apparatus for producing a liposome which is for use in the above-mentioned method. Provided is a method for producing a liposome, including a stirring step of stirring a mixed liquid containing an oil phase in which at least one lipid is dissolved in an organic solvent and a water phase, and an evaporating step of evaporating an organic solvent from the mixed liquid, in which the condensed organic solvent is removed by passing a gas having a temperature not higher than the dew point of the solvent in the evaporating step.

Topical composition comprising plant extracts
The present invention relates to a topical composition comprising plant extracts. In particular, the present invention relates to a topical composition comprising plant extracts embedded in hydrophilic vesicles (niosomes), preferably having a size smaller than 500 nm, and at least one topically acceptable excipient.
SYSTEM AND METHOD FOR MAKING MICROSPHERES AND EMULSIONS
Various examples of systems and methods for making microspheres, microparticles, and emulsions are provided. In one example, a system and method for forming microspheres comprises: pumping a dispersed phase liquid and a continuous phase liquid into a levitating magnetic impeller pump to subject the dispersed phase liquid and continuous phase liquid to a high shear environment within the impeller pump's pump chamber. In another example, a system and method for forming an emulsion comprises: pumping a dispersed phase liquid and an inner aqueous phase liquid into a levitating magnetic impeller pump to subject the dispersed phase and the inner aqueous phase to a high shear environment within the impeller pump's pump chamber.
