Collapsible casket viewing barrier
A collapsible casket viewing barrier includes a first transparent shield pivotally connected to a second transparent shield. The transparent shields are disposed within supporting frames that are connected via one or more hinges. Each supporting frame includes attached support legs, which may be telescopically adjustable and include wheels for easy transport. The first supporting frame and the second supporting frame are configured to move between a deployed configuration for use and a collapsed configuration for storage. When deployed during a funeral service, the collapsible casket viewing barrier can be positioned adjacent a casket such that the longer first transparent shield extends lengthwise along the casket while the shorter second transparent shield extends perpendicularly along the upper end of the casket. The casket is shielded in a way that allows individuals to view the deceased while reducing the transmission of germs.
Robust Funeral Container Lid
A lid for a casket includes a folded corrugated structure, a top plank, and side planks. The folded corrugated structure has a top panel having a length and width, a first side panel foldably attached to the top panel along a first long edge, a second side panel foldably attached to the top panel along a second long edge. The top plank is affixed to the top panel and extends a majority of the length and width of the top panel. One side plank is affixed to the first side panel, and extends a majority of a length of the first side panel. Another side plank is affixed to the second side panel, and extends a majority of a length of the second side panel. The top plank and the side planks are formed of one or more solid materials having a rigidity greater than that of the corrugated structure.
Container for a funerary box
The invention provides a container for a funerary box. Embodiments include a tray, a jacket, retaining straps, and detachable lift handles. The tray is configured to retain fluids and also cooperate with the jacket and retaining straps to fully protect and conceal the funerary box. Preferred materials selections for the tray and jacket result in a relatively lightweight container. In embodiments of the invention, the container is configured such that the lift handles can be disposed in alternative locations on the container to facilitate handling.
REINFORCED CORE CARDBOARD CASKET
A cardboard casket includes a top piece and a bottom piece. The top piece is formed by making a single press die cut in a reinforced core cardboard panel, including cutting the reinforced core cardboard panel to form the top piece and forming seams in the top piece. The bottom piece is formed by making another single press die cut in another reinforced core cardboard panel, including cutting the other reinforced core cardboard panel to form the bottom piece and forming seams in the bottom piece. Cutting the top and bottom pieces includes cutting through a first layer, a reinforced core, and a second layer of the reinforced core cardboard panels. Forming seams in the top and bottom pieces includes deforming the first layer in the seams, deforming a majority of the reinforced core in the seams, and leaving the second layer in the seam uncut.
Environment-friendly coffin
The environment-friendly coffin according to the invention comprising a box assembly and a profiled lid assembly covering said box assemblies, with both assemblies being connected to each other by means of connecting elements, is characterized in that the coffin's box assembly (1) comprises a casing (3) made of natural stone plates, plate-shaped flats (10) with tapped bores (11) made in them, fixed to inner or outer surfaces of longer plate side walls (5) of said casing, plate-shaped metal washers (12) with tapped mounting bores (13) fixed to these inner side walls (5) and a tubular element (15) mounted inside casing (3), said element tubular being made of glass fiber mat or metal and fastened to inner surfaces of plate side walls (5) and to bottom (4) made of natural stone slab or made of natural stone slab and plate (27) made of a made of a wood-base material and fixed to said stone slab by means of glue-based sealing mass (17), whereas the profiled lid assembly (2) of the coffin has an outer casing made of natural stone in the form of a solid with bottom cascade-shaped cavity (23) or with trough-shaped cavity (32) with a profile of the truncated pyramid, with a lower side offset in the form of a slab frame (29), where in the inner surface of said casing there is insert (30) made of a wood-base material with the same profile fixed by means of a glue to which glass fiber mat (31) is glued.

Biodegradable Casket Assembly
A biodegradable casket assembly for burying remains of a deceased individual includes a casket which is comprised of pressed cannabis thereby facilitating the casket to decompose when the casket is buried with human remains. An insert is insertable into the casket and the insert is comprised of a rigid material such that the insert impart structural rigidity to the casket. A lid is comprised of pressed cannabis thereby facilitating the lid to decompose when the lid and the casket are buried with human remains. A plurality of rods is each of the rods is coupled to and extends away from the casket such that each of the rods can be gripped for carrying the casket.

LIGHTWEIGHT DOME-SHAPED CASKET LID AND METHOD OF MANUFACTURE
A novel technique for the fabrication of a casket dome lid from, for example, Smooth-One-Side (S1S) hardboard is disclosed. The invention is also directed to the fabrication of a casket lid which has a domed configuration both in the lateral and longitudinal directions of the lid. The method comprises the steps of providing a lid blank having a first end, second end, and a central region; providing a pair of diagonal voids oriented at corners of the first end of said blank and extending inward toward the central region; placing the lid blank in a vacuum fixture; and flexing the lid blank into a domed configuration via the vacuum fixture, such that the blank is domed in both a longitudinal and a transverse direction.
