The present invention relates to a coffin with a lower side and an upper side. Said coffin comprises a structure and an inner lid, where the structure includes a first frame located on the lower side of the coffin, a second frame located on the upper side of the coffin, a plurality of ribs connected to the first frame, protruding towards the upper side, and connecting the second frame with said first frame, and a covering surface connected to the ribs. In turn, the inner lid has an arcuate shape and is arranged on an inner side of the second frame, where the ends of the inner lid arcuate shape lay on the ribs of the structure.

Moreover, in some embodiments of the invention the coffin comprises at least one retractable handle arranged on the cover surface. Said handle can comprise a handgrip, a lanyard connected to the handgrip and to the first frame; and an elastic element connected to the cover surface and coupled to the lanyard. The elastic element is set up to exert an elastic force on the lanyard that allows for the handgrip to be drawn towards the cover surface.

Another method includes chemically devulcanizing rubber into liquid rubber, placing the liquid rubber into a pressurized spray container, forming a liquid rubber coating spray by preserving the liquid rubber within the spray container, spraying the liquid rubber onto a surface, and drying the liquid rubber to solidify it over the surface. An alternative method includes chemically devulcanizing rubber into liquid rubber, mixing the liquid rubber with asphalt to form a liquid rubber-asphalt mixture, paving a surface with the liquid rubber-asphalt mixture, and drying the liquid rubber-asphalt mixture to solidify it over the surface.

The first fabric segment is used to cover at least a portion of a top edge of at least the first side wall of the insert and at least a portion of the deceased human body, such that the deceased human body is sufficiently visible for identification. Thereafter, the insert and the deceased human body are removed from the tray.

The panel is disposed in the casket, and includes a head portion, a bottom portion, and a plurality of hinges. The head portion contacts a head end of the casket. The bottom portion is coupled to the casket bottom. The hinges are disposed between the head portion and the bottom portion of the panel. The panel is movable between first and second configurations using the hinges. In the first configuration the panel is configured to support at least a portion of the human deceased at a first distance from the casket bottom, and in the second configuration at least the portion of the human deceased is spaced closer to the casket bottom. The first distance is greater than the second distance.

The at least one desiccation vessel is sufficiently light, durable, and air-tight such that the at least one desiccation vessel with the decedent contained therein can be easily relocated without the need for special vehicles or trained personnel.
