The present disclosure relates to a process for producing a finely divided metal-doped aluminogallate nanocomposite comprising mixing a carrier solvent with a bulk metal-doped aluminogallate nanocomposite to form a bulk metal-doped aluminogallate slurry and atomizing the bulk metal-doped aluminogallate slurry using a low temperature collision to produce a finely divided metal-doped aluminogallate nanocomposite, the composition of a nickel-doped aluminogallate nanocomposite (GAN), and a method of NO decomposition using the nickel-doped aluminogallate nanocomposite.
SUPPORTED CATALYST, PREPARATION METHOD THEREFOR AND APPLICATION THEREOF
A supported catalyst has a support and a metal active component disposed on the support. The metal active component is at least one selected from the group consisting of a Group VIB metal element and a Group VIII metal element. The support contains at least one of heat-resistant inorganic oxides and molecular sieves and includes an internal channel penetrating the support. The ratio of the cross-section area of the channel to the cross-section area of the support is 0.05-3:100. The difference R between the water absorption rate and the BET pore volume of the support is not less than 0.2 mL/g. The supported catalyst can be used as a hydrogenation catalyst. When used in the hydrocracking of hydrocarbon oils, it can achieve high catalytic activity and high yield of jet fuels at the same time. The supported catalyst can also be used as a Fischer-Tropsch synthesis catalyst.

A process plant for conducting the process is also disclosed.

Heavy marine fuel oil composition
A process for reducing the environmental contaminants in a ISO 8217 compliant Feedstock Heavy Marine Fuel Oil (Feedstock), the process involving: mixing a quantity of the Feedstock with a quantity of Activating Gas mixture to give a feedstock mixture; contacting the feedstock mixture with one or more catalysts to form a Process Mixture from the feedstock mixture; separating the Product Heavy Marine Fuel Oil liquid (Product) components of the Process Mixture from the gaseous components and by-product hydrocarbons of the Process Mixture and, discharging the Product. The Product is compliant with ISO standards for residual marine fuel oils and has a maximum sulfur content between the range of 0.05% wt. to 0.50% wt. The Product can be used as or as a blending stock for compliant, low sulfur or ultralow sulfur heavy marine fuel oil. A device for conducting the process is also disclosed.
