The invention discloses a multifunctional bed, a multi-drive switch protection circuit and its control device, wherein in the multifunctional bed, when a switch group is not triggered to start by a user, all electric signal transmission paths are in a disconnected state, and after the switch group is operated to start by the user, an MOSFET unit is controlled to be conducted after delaying an arc extinguishing time period according to the arc extinguishing time preset by a micro control unit, so that the corresponding electric signal transmission paths are conducted, and a load driving device connected with the switch group runs after the switch group is triggered to start and the arc extinguishing time period is separated, so that a bed component of a bed main body is driven to adjust the corresponding posture. The invention simplifies the manufacturing process of the control technology of the multifunctional bed, effectively reduces the manufacturing and the equipment production cost, and has more stability, higher safety and higher reliability when the switch is operated to start
Patient lift system
A patient lift system includes a motor and a drum. The drum is operably coupled to the motor. The drum can be selectively driven to rotate by the motor. A housing surrounds at least the motor and the drum. A load-bearing member is provided that includes a first end and a second end. The first end of the load-bearing member can be operably coupled to at least one of the housing and the drum. The second end of the load-bearing member can be operably coupled to a patient support assembly. An electrically conductive member can be positioned within the load-bearing member. A user interface is configured to actuate the patient support assembly in vertical and horizontal directions.
Rotating bath lift
Disclosed is a bath lift with a rotating seat assembly to assist an individual with decreased mobility in and out of a bathtub. The rotating seat includes an assembly that can be raised or lowered using a DC powered linear actuator. The linear actuator will also move a backrest from an upright position to a reclined position. A controller includes logic to prevent operation should the batteries have insufficient power to raise the seat assembly. Slip resistant padding is comprised of medical-grade, closed cell, molded polyurethane padding that does not absorb water and reduces the risk of skin tears.
Systems and methods for determining and maintaining a center of rotation
Methods and systems for determining and maintaining a center of rotation are provided. A center of rotation may be determined based on first information about a robotic region of interest of a robot and second information about a patient region of interest. An operating table having multiple degrees of freedom may be caused to rotate about the center of rotation from a first position to a second position. A control system may be caused to control the robot based on the operating table being in the second position.
Patient Transport Apparatus With Controlled Drive Member Deployment
A patient transport apparatus transports a patient over a floor surface. The patient transport apparatus comprises a support structure and support wheels coupled to the support structure. An auxiliary wheel is coupled to the support structure to influence motion of the patient transport apparatus over the floor surface to assist users. An actuator is operatively coupled to the auxiliary wheel and operable to move the auxiliary wheel relative to the support structure from a retracted position to a deployed position. A user interface sensor is operatively connected to the actuator and configured to generate signals responsive to the user touching the user interface. A controller is operatively coupled to the user interface sensor and the actuator to operate the actuator in response to detection of signals.
PATIENT TRANSPORT APPARATUS HAVING COORDINATED USER INPUT DEVICES
A patient transport apparatus transports a patient over a floor surface and includes a support structure and a plurality of support wheels coupled to the support structure. The patient transport apparatus also includes a user interface including at least two handles coupled to the support structure, with each of the handles movable between a stowed position and non-stowed position. The patient transport apparatus also includes a user input device coupled to the user interface, and a controller coupled to the user interface. The controller is configured to electronically coordinate the movement of the handles to the stowed position upon actuation of the user input device.
Patient Support Apparatus With Hold Mode
A patient support apparatus for transporting a patient over a floor surface is described herein. The patient support apparatus includes a drive system with a drive member, a user interface arranged for selective user engagement by a user to operate the drive system, and a control system for operating the drive system. The control system includes a processor configured to determine that the patient transport apparatus is traveling on an inclined floor surface, monitor the user interface for changes in user engagement by a user, and operate the drive system to decelerate the drive member to one of a plurality of positions based on the changes in user engagement.
Single and dual column patient positioning support structure
A surgical table for supporting a patient over a floor and including a base assembly, a support column assembly and a patient support structure. The base assembly supported on the floor and including a first end, a second end opposite the first end, and a member extending along a base longitudinal axis between the first and second ends. The support column assembly moveably coupled with the base assembly and configured to translate between the first and second ends of the base assembly along the member extending therebetween, the support column assembly being the only support column assembly coupled with the base assembly. The patient support structure including a first end, a second end opposite the first end, and a longitudinal axis extending between the first and second ends, the second end of the patient support structure supported off of the support column assembly in a cantilevered fashion.
Patient Turner-Puller
Methods using a motor, and a rolling tube or rod of sufficient strength to apply a pull force on one side of a sheet on the bed with the patient lying on the sheet to help pull up the patient on his bed or turn patients on his side with little manual effort. Patients having mobility issues under care in homes, nursing-homes or hospitals have to be regularly pulled up and turned on their sides to make them comfortable and to avoid formation of bed sores among other reasons. Currently this is done manually by nurses or caregivers. These simple but strenuous operation has been the cause of back problems for many caregivers. The current method is a way to reduce or eliminate this cause of injury to caregivers by providing a mechanized help for the operations.
Head extension and transport handle system
A patient support apparatus includes a base frame and an upper frame configured to support a mattress. The upper frame has a head portion including a recessed edge. Lift arms are coupled to the upper frame and configured to adjust a position of the upper frame. A first handle is coupled to the head portion on a first side of the recessed edge. A second handle is coupled to the head portion on a second side of the recessed edge. The first and second handles are configured to pivot inboard and toward one another to a lowered position extending over the upper frame adjacent to the recessed edge. An intravenous pole is pivotally coupled to the head portion and is adjustable between a deployed position and a stowed position. The intravenous pole extends along a rear wall of the recessed edge over the upper frame when in the stowed position.
