a first inner scraper element comprising a suitable second scraper portion intended to rest against the inner surface of the first disc and a suitable second coupling portion intended to be coupled to the first coupling portion of the first outer scraper element;
the first inner scraper element being swivel-mounted with respect to the first outer scraper element around a second rotation axis;
characterized in that it comprises:
a resetting means connected to the second coupling portion to cause a rotational movement of the first inner scraper element along the second rotation axis, so as to press the second scraper portion against the inner surface of the first disc and so as to cause a rotational movement of the first outer scraper element along the first rotation axis to press the first scraper portion against the outer surface of the first disc.

A press wheel includes a hub which rotates about an axis. A rim extends generally radially from the axis. The rim has a center plane defined as a plane perpendicular to the axis and generally bisecting the rim and defining the center of the wheel. The press wheel includes a plurality of tread portions extending away from the center plane. The plurality of tread portions have voids between adjacent tread portions on the same side of the rim, which in response to the wheel rotating, operably places consecutive adjacent tread portions proximal to the ground. The rim and tread portions are configured to contact the ground.

The sub-assembly includes a hub having a mounting portion, a ground engaging tool securable to the hub or integrally formed therewith, and a weight having a body with an open aperture having a mouth, the mouth configured for enabling the weight plate to be threaded over the elongate structure so that the elongate structure extends through the aperture, and the open aperture configured so that the weight plate is maneuverable over a portion of a length of the hub whilst in situ on the elongate structure and to be beatable on the mounting portion. The ground engaging tool is connectable to a respective one of the hubs of the tilling assembly whilst that hub is retained interconnected in situ on the tilling assembly, and without removing another ground engaging tool from the tilling assembly.
