Peptide and use thereof
(Technical problems to be solved) Providing a method for selecting an mineral of molybdenum. (Means for solving the problems) A peptide comprising an amino acids sequence according the following formula (1) and/or (2): (1) (ALRKNMD-FCPQSETGWHYIV)-(LIVFA)-(HPWRK)-(TSNQ)-(TSNQ)-(LIVFA)-(TSNQ)-(TSNQ)-(LIVFA)-(FYW)-(LIVFA)-(HPWRK) (2) (LIVFA)-(RHK)-(TSNQ)-(LIVFA)-(LIVFA)-(TSNQ)-(LIVFA)-(LIVFA)-(LIVFA)-(RHK)-(RHK)-(HPW) wherein one amino acid is respectively selected from each group defined by paired parentheses.
Chromatography resin, production and use thereof
The present invention relates to the field of chromatography and more specifically to producing protein affinity chromatography resins comprising affinity ligands based on a N-terminal fragment of a split intein, such as DnaE from Nostoc punctiforme, as well as methods for using the same. The N-terminal fragments are produced in inclusion bodies in bacterial cells.
HIGH PURITY CHROMATROGRAPHIC MATERIALS COMPRISING AN IONIZABLE MODIFIER
The present invention provides novel chromatographic materials, e.g., for chromatographic separations, processes for its preparation and separations devices containing the chromatographic material; separations devices, chromatographic columns and kits comprising the same; and methods for the preparation thereof. The chromatographic materials of the invention are high purity chromatographic materials comprising a chromatographic surface wherein the chromatographic surface comprises a hydrophobic surface group and one or more ionizable modifier.
CHROMATOGRAPHIC MATERIAL HAVING IMPROVED PH STABILITY, METHOD FOR PREPARATION THEREOF AND USES THEREOF
A chromatographic material including a substrate having a surface and having a polymeric layer covalently bound to the surface; the polymeric layer comprising polymer molecules covalently attached to the surface of the substrate, each polymer molecule being attached to the surface via multiple siloxane bonds and each polymer molecule being connected to one or more functionalizing compounds that each comprise a functional group, wherein the polymeric layer is formed by covalently attaching polymer molecules to the surface of the substrate via multiple siloxane bonds, each polymer molecule containing multiple first reactive groups, and reacting the first reactive groups of the attached polymer molecules with at least one functionalizing compound that comprises a second reactive group that is reactive with the first reactive groups and that further comprises a functional group. Preferred conditions of reacting the polymer with the substrate include elevated temperature and reduced pressure.
SEPARATION MEDIUM, USE FOR SEPARATION MEDIUM, STEVIOL GLYCOSIDE SEPARATION METHOD USING SEPARATION MEDIUM, AND STEVIOL GLYCOSIDE PRODUCTION METHOD USING SEPARATION METHOD
An object of the present invention is to provide a separation medium and a separation method, ensuring high selectivity and good separation efficiency for specific steviol glycosides. The present invention is related to a separation medium in which polyethyleneimine is immobilized to porous particles of a (meth)acrylic polymer having a crosslinked structure and a hydroxyl group.
Resin beads and use in processing of aqueous solutions
Provided is a resin bead comprising functional groups of structure (S1).
Preservative removal from eye drops
A particulate plug for removing a preservative from a solution, suspension, or emulsion comprising a drug is presented. The plug comprises microparticles of oxidized polyolefin (OxPO). The microparticles are irregular-shaped rigid aggregates and are sized and packed to yield a hydraulic permeability greater than 0.01 Da. The OxPO have absorbed portions of a preservative to be removed and/or a drug for delivery in solution, as can the copolymer.
Method for hydrophobization of hydrophilic material
The present invention provides a method for hydrophobization of a hydrophilic material, the method including introducing a hydrophobic group into a hydroxyl group (—OH group) on a surface of the hydrophilic material. A method for hydrophobization of a hydrophilic material, the method comprising reacting a hydrophilic material to be hydrophobized with a hydrophobic group-containing silylating agent in presence of an amino acid as a reaction accelerator, to introduce a hydrophobic group-containing silyl group to a surface of the hydrophilic material. A hydrophobized silica gel column filler is produced by using the method. Further, a hydrophobized silica gel column is produced by filling a column with the hydrophobized silica gel column filler.
POROUS POLYMERIC CELLULOSE PREPARED VIA CELLULOSE CROSSLINKING
The invention relates to porous polymeric cellulose prepared via cellulose crosslinking. The porous polymeric cellulose can be incorporated into membranes and/or hydrogels. In preferred embodiments, the membranes and/or hydrogels can provide high dynamic binding capacity at high flow rates. Membranes and/or hydrogels comprising the porous polymeric cellulose are particularly suitable for filtration, separation, and/or functionalization media.
Chromatography stationary phase
Provided is a chromatography stationary phase having an excellent molecule discriminating ability. Specifically, provided is a chromatography stationary phase including a carrier carrying a copolymer that has a pyrrolidone backbone or a piperidone backbone, and an imide backbone in a repeating unit of the main chain.
