Knee crutch
A knee crutch includes a leg tube; a support tube secured to the leg tube and comprising a platform portion and a vertical portion; a cradle positioned atop and secured to the platform portion of the support tube; and a thigh restraint coupled to the vertical portion of the support tube. The thigh restraint has a pair of wings operably coupled to an adjustment mechanism. The adjustment mechanism is configured to simultaneously and dependently adjust an angular position of the pair of wings.
Walker
An improved walker is disclosed. The walker may include a left frame spaced apart from a right frame and connected by at least one horizontal connecting member. The lower portion of each of the left and right frames includes a foot platform that is rotatably mounted and moveable between a retracted position and an engaged position, in which the foot platform is in contact with and resting on a floor surface. In use, a person may use the walker to assist the person rising from a sitting position to a standing position so that the person can then proceed to use the walker to assist the person in walking.
Rollator walker
A rollator walker with a travel carriage, a frame, and a support for a person's leg, the inclination of which, with respect to a horizontal plane in the direction of the longitudinal axis of the support, can be adjusted. The support is mounted on a supporting part, which is firmly connected to the frame via a joint with a first axle which is horizontal and transverse with respect to the longitudinal axis of the support, and via a supporting element which is at a distance from the first axle in the direction of the longitudinal axis of the support. The supporting element is connected to the supporting part via a manually adjustable mechanical positioning element, by which the vertical position of the supporting element can be changed with respect to the supporting part. As a result, the inclination of the support is adjustable without loss of stability, and the support is held securely in any set inclination position.
MOBILITY DEVICE
A mobility device for assisting an individual with limited or altered mobility due to a leg injury or condition. The mobility device includes a rod that defines a longitudinal axis of the mobility device, a foot rest slidably mounted for longitudinal translation along the rod, a seat located at an upper end of the mobility device, and an impact-absorbing mechanism for absorbing impacts transferred from the seat to the rod. The device is configured for securing the thigh of the user's leg to the seat, and securing the foot of the user's leg to the foot rest.
Walkers and methods of use
A walker having a folded position and an unfolded position, wherein the walker comprises a structural frame with a first upright portion, a second upright portion, a folding mechanism between the first upright portion and the second upright portion, ground engaging elements on each of the first upright portion and second upright portion, and a foldable basket with first and second opposed ends secured by one or more fasteners to the first upright portion and the second upright portion, respectively. In another embodiment, walker comprises a structural frame with a first end, a second end, and sides between the first end and the second end, a handle or handles on the structural frame at the first end of the structural frame, ground engaging elements at the first end and the second end of the structural frame, and a suspension system integrated with the structural frame.

Kick scooter
A kick scooter includes a frame having a head tube for supporting handlebars and a front fork, an elongated frame member extending along a length of the frame, the frame member having a first end attached to the head tube and a second end configured for attachment to a rear wheel, the frame member being angularly disposed relative to the head tube. The frame includes support member coupled to the frame member for adjustable movement along a length of the frame member, a knee pad is attached to the support member for supporting a rider's knee and shin. The support member is movable relative to the frame member for adjusting a position of the knee pad relative to the head tube and a riding surface. The kick scooter further includes front and rear wheels, and a handlebar attached to the frame.
ORTHOPEDIC DEVICE
An orthopedic system includes a base shell forming an opening over a dorsal aspect thereof and a dorsal shell contoured to generally correspond to the opening of the base shell. The base shell has a proximal member and a distal member connected to the proximal member, each has a semi-rigid shell configuration to protect and support a lower leg, an ankle, or a foot of a user when received in the orthopedic system. A flexible toe portion is attached to a distal terminal end area of the distal member and formed of a different material than the distal member. The flexible toe portion is arranged to terminate above an upper surface of the user's toes and to flex relative to the distal member and the toes so as to reduce the likelihood of pressure points on the toes from the distal member.
FOLDING STEP FOR USE WITH MOBILITY DEVICE
A device adapted to be installed on a walker is provided where two of the original adjustable feet are removed from the walker and the device is affixed to the remaining vertical tube portions. The device is affixed to the walker in a similar fashion to the adjustable feet. The device has a platform that moves between a stored position and a use position, the stored position is defined by the platform being up and located between the remaining vertical tube portions and the use position is defined by the step being down, allowing the user to sit or stand on the step. When the platform is up, it allows full access to the space around the walker. A leg is connected to the step where the leg hinges down to support the step.
