A mobile walking aid includes an undercarriage, a frame and a support for a person's leg. The undercarriage comprises a two-wheeled front axle and a rear axle. The rear axle can be converted between a single-wheeled version with a first wheel, and a two-wheeled version. In order to convert from the single-wheeled version to the two-wheeled version, a conversion kit can be provided which comprises an axle extension that can be mounted on the axle of the first wheel, and a second wheel. The axle extension can be mounted, optionally, on both sides of the axle of the first wheel which is arranged laterally and centrally between the front wheels.

A standing frame to assist a user with stand challenges in standing, comprising a base assembly that accommodates the user's feet; a stand assembly supported by the base assembly; a handlebar assembly supported by the stand assembly and configured to receive one or more of a user's hands and arms to rest thereon; a securement assembly coupled to the stand assembly to secure the user to the standing frame; and a knee support assembly configured to receive the user's knees to rest thereon.

A convertible scooter and crutch assembly is provided that is comprised of a front assembly and rear assembly. The front assembly is preferably pivotably, rotatably or equivalently interconnected to the rear assembly. In a first configuration, the convertible scooter is configured as a scooter that employs a handlebar, wheels, and a knee rest. In a second configuration, the front assembly and rear assembly is aligned in a liner manner to form a crutch. The convertible scooter is easy to manipulate, store and use.

A knee walker with four-wheel steering. The knee walker includes a frame, at least one front axle assembly, at least one rear axle assembly, a kneeling pad assembly, and a steering system. The steering system is configured to turn the rear axle assembly in the opposite direction from the front axle assembly. The opposing angles of the front and rear wheels enable the knee walker to perform tighter turns by eliminating rear wheel drag.

A wearable sitting-posture assisting device with includes at least one leg unit that defines at least one longitudinal leg axis, and includes at least one foot unit that is configured for a connection of a shoe and/or a foot of a person, and includes at least one bearing unit supporting at least a portion of the foot unit such that it is translationally movable at least transversely to the at least one longitudinal leg axis.

The bearing unit comprises at least one reset element, which is configured, in at least one bearing position, to apply a reset force to at least a portion of the foot unit.

A knee walker with four-wheel steering. The knee walker includes a frame, at least one front axle assembly, at least one rear axle assembly, a kneeling pad assembly, and a steering system. A walker assist device has first and second U-shaped lateral frames with cross bars extending between the frames and through a knee rest control unit. A knee rest is rotatably mounted to the knee rest control unit and is laterally slidable along the cross bars to adjust its position on the cross bars. The knee rest can also be adjusted vertically in relation to the lateral frames for the comfort of the user.
