A vision training device according to an embodiment of the present invention includes a deviation angle determining unit that determines a deviation angle and a deviation direction of a user, a strabismus correction value determining unit that determines at least one or more correction prism diopters and a correction direction based on the deviation angle and the deviation direction, a vision training unit that determines at least one of the correction prism diopters as a training range and guides movement of the user's eye in the deviation direction and the correction direction, and a refraction angle adjusting unit that changes a refraction angle of light entering the user's eye according to the deviation angle or at least one or more correction prism diopters included in the training range. Through vision training, weak eye muscles, which are the root cause of strabismus, can be strengthened.

The present invention relates to an apparatus and method for providing virtual reality-based eye movement exercise and visual perception training, wherein a dichoptic presentation is provided in consideration of the deviation of a user's eyeball so as to prevent additional damage to stereoscopic vision due to suppression, and is provided by adjusting the degree of difficulty by changing the locations of visual stimuli on the basis of the level of deviation and training capability of the user, thus making it possible for the user to not only receive training suitable for the user's condition, but also simultaneously undergo visual perception training including eye exercise (movement) training and stereoscopic perception recognition.

In response to receiving the input, a second random dot stereogram comprising a second sub-portion positioned against the second random dot stereogram, is generated. The second random dot stereogram comprises a second random arrangement which is different from the first random arrangement of dots in the preceding first random dot stereogram. In response to the second random dot stereogram, another input to identify position of the second sub-portion against the second random dot stereogram is received.

The image providing unit includes a binocular visual stimulation image providing unit configured to separately provide a converted image and a normal image to the separate display so that an amblyopic eye is activated by providing an unclear image to a normal fellow eye among two eyes to improve visual function imbalance of the two eyes.
