METHOD FOR PRODUCING A SPIROOXINDOLE DERIVATIVE
The present disclosure provides a method for efficiently producing and providing compounds having a spirooxindole skeleton, for example compounds having a spirooxindole skeleton and having antitumor activity that inhibit the interaction between Mdm2 protein and p53 protein, or intermediates thereof, using an asymmetric catalyst. Compounds having optically active tricyclic dispiroindole skeletons are obtained through catalytic asymmetric 1,3-dipolar cycloaddition reaction using ketimine as a reaction substrate and using a chiral ligand and a Lewis acid.
Method of preparing metal complexes of formula Z-M, in particular carbene-metal complexes
The present invention relates to an improved method of preparing metal complexes, in particular carbene-metal complexes. The method comprises the step of subjecting a salt of formula Z.sup.+—X.sup.− and a non-ionic metal salt of formula ML.sub.n or subjecting a metallate of formula Z.sup.+ . . . ML.sub.nX.sup.− to a mechanical mixing process in the presence of a base. The method allows to formation of heterocyclic carbene metal complexes such as a nitrogen-containing heterocyclic carbene (NHC)-metal complexes. The invention also relates to the use of metal complexes, in particular carbene-metal complexes such as heterocyclic carbene-metal complexes obtainable by the method according to the present invention as catalysts.
Method for synthesizing chiral beta-hydroxy acid ester compound
A method for synthesizing a chiral -hydroxy acid ester compound is disclosed. The method includes the steps of: using an aldehyde compound and a monoalkyl malonate as raw materials, using a metal and a chiral ligand as a catalyst to make the raw materials be directly and fully reacted in an organic solvent and form a reaction solution, and separating and purifying the reaction solution to obtain the highly stereoselective -hydroxy acid ester compound. The beneficial effects are mainly embodied in: 1. simple operation; 2. rapidly constructing a highly stereoselective -hydroxy acid ester skeleton structure molecule; 3. high reaction yield and good stereoselectivity. Therefore, the invention has high basic research significance, industrial production value and social economic benefit.
METHOD FOR MANUFACTURING PHOTOCATALYTIC FILTER HAVING POROUS NANOFIBER HETEROSTRUCTURE
A method for preparing a porous nano-fiber heterostructure photocatalytic filter screen includes: preparing a noble metal nanostructure with tunable spectra and a heterostructure composite photocatalyst of a photocatalytic material; and preparing a large area and multilayer porous nano-fiber filter screen structure, while utilizing a scattering enhancement effect of metal nanoparticles in an porous optical fiber to realize repeated conduction of sunlight in the optical fiber and finally interact with the composite photocatalyst on a surface to improve photocatalytic efficiency. Preparation of the heterostructure composite photocatalyst with a wide spectral response of and tunable visible to infrared band spectra is realized, at the same time, with reference to high adsorbability, high light transmission of nanometer fiber and unique optical characteristics of metal nanoparticles, an air purification filter screen with a high sunlight utilization rate and a high catalytic degradation capability is creatively provided.
