METAL-ORGANIC FRAMEWORK (MOF) MIL-125 AND PREPARATION METHOD AND USE THEREOF
A metal-organic framework (MOF) MIL-125 and a preparation method and a use thereof are provided. The MOF MIL-125 is a round cake-like crystal and has an external specific surface area (SSA) of 160 m.sup.2/g to 220 m.sup.2/g. The MOF MIL-125 provided in the present application has a large number of microporous structures, a large external SSA, and a high catalytic activity in oxidation.
Catalyst precursor
A method of forming dialkyl carbonate is provided, which includes introducing carbon dioxide into a catalyst to form dialkyl carbonate, wherein the catalyst is formed by activating a catalyst precursor using alcohol, wherein alcohol is R.sup.3—OH, and R.sup.3 is C.sub.1-12 alkyl group or C.sub.5-12 aryl or heteroaryl group. The catalyst precursor is formed by reacting Sn(R.sub.1).sub.2(L).sub.2 and Ti(OR.sup.2).sub.4, and Sn(R.sup.1).sub.2(L).sub.2 and Ti(OR.sup.2).sub.4 have a molar ratio of 1:2 to 2:1. R.sup.1 is C.sub.1-10 alkyl group, R.sup.2 is H or C.sub.1-12 alkyl group, and L is O—(C═O)—R.sup.5, and R.sup.5 is C.sub.1-12 alkyl group. The dialkyl carbonate is ##STR00001##

A method of forming dialkyl carbonate is provided, which includes introducing carbon dioxide into a catalyst to form dialkyl carbonate, wherein the catalyst is formed by activating a catalyst precursor using alcohol, wherein alcohol is R.sup.3—OH, and R.sup.3 is C.sub.1-12 alkyl group or C.sub.5-12 aryl or heteroaryl group. Photocatalytic oil-water separation material and preparation method thereof
The invention relates to a photocatalytic oil-water separation material and a preparation method thereof, the method including the following steps: cleaning a base material and a metal-doped material, and drying for later use; preparing a mixed solution of an amine monomer and an acid-alkali buffer reagent, soaking the base material in the mixed solution, and reacting under an oscillation condition, to obtain the base material attached with amine monomer polymer; dissolving a soluble metal additive and an organic ligand reagent into an organic solvent, and performing ultrasonic stirring uniformly, to obtain a metal organic framework material (MOF) reaction solution with photocatalytic performance; and placing the metal-doped material, the base material attached with the amine and the MOF reaction solution into a reaction kettle for performing hydrothermal reaction, cleaning and drying the reacted base material, to obtain the photocatalytic oil-water separation material.

ANTIFOULING OLIGOMERIZATION CATALYST SYSTEMS
According to one embodiment, a catalyst system that reduces polymeric fouling may comprise at least one titanate compound, at least one aluminum compound, and at least one antifouling agent or a derivative thereof. The antifouling agent may comprise a structure comprising a central aluminum molecule bound to an R1 group, bound to an R2 group, and bound to an R3 group. One or more of the chemical groups R1, R2, and R3 may be antifouling groups comprising the structure —O((CH.sub.2).sub.nO).sub.mR4, where n is an integer from 1 to 20, m is an integer from 1 to 100, and R4 is a hydrocarbyl group. The chemical groups R1, R2, or R3 that do not comprise the antifouling group, if any, may be hydrocarbyl groups.
