Abdominal Exercise Device with Integrated Back Massager
An abdominal exercising apparatus should allow the user to strengthen their abdominal and oblique muscles in a comfortable manner. The present invention seeks to strengthen the stomach muscles and do so in a comfortable manner that allows the user of the invention to exercise in an upright seated position, while also providing a massage of the user's back muscles along each side of their spine. The present invention can be used on a bench, chair, couch, or other seating apparatus where it can be used in comfort and while engaged in other passive activities, such as, watching TV. An added benefit of the present invention is that it provides massaging of the muscles on both sides of the user's spine as it is used.
BEAUTY INSTRUMENT
A beauty instrument capable of imparting a massaging effect to skin. A beauty instrument is configured such that a pair of balls is supported at the tip of a handle. The balls are positioned at a distance from each another, and are capable of rotating around respective axes thereof.
CONTROL METHOD FOR MASSAGE MACHINE AND MASSAGE ELEMENT OF MASSAGE MACHINE
A primary object of the present invention is to provide a control method for a massage machine and a massage element of a massage machine which can provide pressing and rubbing kneading to a person to be treated.
A control method for a massage machine contains a controlling process for individually controlling operations of a kneading motor 331 for operating a pair of massage elements 321, 322, width adjustment motors 341, 342 for adjusting a width between the pair of massage elements 321, 322, a strength-and-weakness motor 351 for adjusting strength of the pair of massage elements 321, 322 and an up-and-down motor 361 for adjusting movement of the pair of massage elements 321, 322 in an up-and-down direction.
MASSAGING APPARATUS
A massaging apparatus has two massaging systems arranged proximate to each other for performing more elaborate massage on target body areas. The massaging apparatus includes a first massaging member pair for massaging target areas; a second massaging member pair, provided independently of the first massaging member pair, for massaging target areas; a rotation shaft rotatably driven; a paired first conversion mechanisms, each disposed on a corresponding one of the first massaging members, for converting rotation of the rotation shaft into mutually approaching and separating movements of the first massaging members; and a second conversion mechanism for converting rotation of the rotation shaft into mutually approaching and separating movements of the paired second massaging members. The second massaging member pair is disposed between the paired first massaging members, and the second conversion mechanism is disposed between the paired first conversion mechanisms.
MASSAGE DEVICE
A massage device includes a base, a drive unit, and a transmission unit. The drive unit is coupled to the base. The transmission unit is disposed at one side of the base. The drive unit includes a drive member to drive a rotary shaft for driving massage members. One end of the rotary shaft is provided with a unidirectional bearing and a first bevel gear. The unidirectional bearing is able to control the rotation of the first bevel gear. The transmission unit includes two positioning blocks and a worm shaft connected between the two positioning blocks. The worm shaft is provided with a second bevel gear and a movable member thereon. The first bevel gear meshes with the second bevel gear. When the first bevel gear is rotated, the second bevel gear is driven to link other parts so that the drive unit can slide on the base.
APPLIANCE FOR TREATMENT OF FACIAL SKIN CONDITIONS
A mask member which fits over a portion of the face of a user. A retaining member holds the mask in place on the user's head. Eye portions allow the user to see while wearing the mask. A treatment mechanism is positioned on an interior surface of the mask for skin treatment including treatment around the eyes. A control mechanism controls the treatment mechanism.
ULTRA-THIN MASSAGING CORE AND MASSAGER USING SAME
An ultra-thin massaging core includes a housing having two supporting bases, and a kneading massage mechanism including a kneading rotary shaft, a kneading drive device and two partial pendulum type kneading massage members. Ends of the kneading rotary shaft are mounted on the supporting bases. The kneading massage members are close to the ends of the kneading rotary shaft. The kneading drive device includes a kneading motor and a kneading speed reducer. A recessed accommodation space is formed between the supporting bases. The kneading motor is provided on the accommodation space. The kneading rotary shaft is located above the kneading motor, and the two are perpendicularly staggered. A first output end of an output shaft of the kneading motor is connected with the kneading rotary shaft through the kneading speed reducer in a transmission mode. The kneading speed reducer has a U-shaped transmission structure and is small in size.
MASSAGE APPARATUS
A massage apparatus including: a base; a pair of air bags including a first air bag and a second air bag, the first air bag and the second air bag being vertically overlapped while being displaced from each other, the first air bag being disposed on an upper side of the second air bag, and the first air bag and the second air bag being joined to each other at an overlapped site; and an air injection and discharge section arranged to be connected to the first air bag, inject air into the first air bag, and discharge the air from the first air bag, wherein a coupling section including a through hole arranged to communicate the pair of air bags with each other is provided at a site where the pair of air bags is joined to each other, and a fixing section arranged to rotatably fix the first air bag to the base is provided in a portion of the first air bag, the portion being not overlapped with the second air bag.
FORCE SENSE PRESENTATION DEVICE AND FORCE SENSE PRESENTATION METHOD
A force sense presentation device that presents a force sense force by forming a dynamic quantity distribution on a skin of a person includes a plurality of stimulation elements and a controller. Each of the plurality of stimulation elements stimulates the skin of the person. The controller controls the plurality of stimulation elements such that a dynamic quantity distribution for generating a target force sense is formed on the skin. An interval between the adjacent stimulation elements is an interval enabling presentation of a spatially continuous force sense. The force sense generates a self-kinesthetic sense of the person.
Massage device and chair-type massage apparatus equipped with the massage device
A massage device for performing a kneading massage including paired left and right massage members, each having a treatment element, and a massage mechanism for operating at least one of the paired massage members to cause the treatment elements to move close to and away from each other in the horizontal direction to produce kneading actions. The massage member has an arm member extending substantially perpendicularly to the approaching/separating direction, and the treatment element is disposed at the front end of the arm member so that an extended line L extending along the protruding direction of the arm member passes through the interior of the treatment element.
