The present disclosure provides a sample test card and a sample loading method thereof, relates to the technical field of microbiological testing. The present disclosure includes sample wells arranged in an array; the sample wells are connected together through a flow channel network, and the sample wells are filled with a sample through a unified intake port. Sample filling is completed by vacuuming; during filling, a liquid sample is firstly filled, and air or other inert gas or insoluble liquid is filled; liquid sample volume and air volume are formed in proportion in the sample wells. In the present disclosure, the filled liquid sample is controlled not to fill the sample wells completely, and there are sufficient air space in sample wells, so that the sample wells are independent from each other to avoid contamination, and more sample wells can be arranged on the test card with the same size.

Fill needle system

The present invention involves a fill needle system for aseptically dispensing a pharmaceutical fluid in an aseptic chamber comprises a fill needle tubing in fluid communication with a pharmaceutical fluid source via flexible tubing and extending through a fill needle hub; a fill needle dispensing tip disposed at a dispensing end of the fill needle tubing; a fill needle sheath shaped and arranged to removably mate with and seal aseptically to the fill needle hub to form an aseptically sealed volume enclosing the dispensing tip; and a fluid pressure pulse induction system disposed and configured to compress the flexible tubing in order to dislodge droplets of pharmaceutical fluid retained on the dispensing tip after halting dispensing of the pharmaceutical fluid. An associated method of dispensing pharmaceutical fluid comprises operating the fluid pressure pulse induction system to dislodge the droplets. The system may comprise a controller for automatically controlling the dispensing and droplet dislodging.

CELL CULTURE SYSTEM

A cell culture system including self-propelled transport device for transporting cells or materials to be used for culture operation, treatment units for performing culture operation using the cells and materials and a transport command unit for controlling the self-propelled transport device to move the cells and materials to a required treatment unit. To control the self-propelled transport device, the transport command unit uses cell driving parameters when the cells are moved, and uses material driving parameters when the materials are moved. Hence, transport of cells and materials using the self-propelled transport device can be optimized, and culture operation can be performed efficiently.

WORK HOOD

The present invention provides a work hood that allows for free rotation in a work box to provide a wide work area and easy decontamination of a sealing portion present at the boundary between the work hood and the work box.

A rotation support for rotatably supporting the entire half suit is provided. The rotation support includes a base portion, a rotating portion, a bearing portion, a sealing member, and a communication hole. The base portion is airtightly and annularly provided around an opening, and the rotating portion is provided around the base portion through the bearing portion, with a hem portion of the half suit being fixed to the rotating portion. The sealing member is annularly provided in an annular space formed by the base portion and the rotating portion so as to separate the work box and the external environment. The communication hole is provided so as to lead to the external environmental side from the annular small space side formed by the sealing member together with the base portion, the rotating portion, and the bearing portion, and is connected to a supply means for supplying a decontamination gas and the like to the inside of the small space and to a suction means for sucking clean air and the like from the inside of the small space.

ELECTRONIC COOLING ANTI-CONDENSATION SYSTEM, AND ANTI-CONDENSATION METHOD FOR SAME
20210108848 · 2021-04-15 ·

The present disclosure discloses an electronic cooling anti-condensation system, and an anti-condensation method for the same. The system comprises a testing chamber, electronic cooling plates, temperature sensors, a temperature and humidity sensor, a cooling plate control unit, and a main controller. The main controller is electrically connected to the temperature sensors, the temperature and humidity sensor, and the cooling plate control unit. The main controller is capable of calculating a dew point value of the air in the testing chamber according to temperature value and a humidity value of the interior of the testing chamber acquired by the temperature and humidity sensor, and if the dew point value of the air is greater than a pre-determined threshold, the main controller controls the cooling plate control unit to reduce the number of operating electronic cooling plates or output powers of the electronic cooling plates, wherein the pre-determined threshold is a temperature T1° C. of the electronic cooling plate or a temperature T1+n° C. of the electronic cooling plate acquired by the temperature sensor, and n is less than or equal to 10. The present disclosure achieves real-time control of operation states of the electronic cooling plates, thereby realizing redundant control of the cooling plates, and preventing the cooing plates from causing condensation in the chamber body, so as to achieve continuous operation when a failure occurs.
