Methods for analyzing genomic variation within cells
Methods, devices and systems for analyzing precious samples of cells, including single cells are provided. The methods, devices, and systems in various embodiments of the invention are used to assess genomic heterogeneity, which has been recognized as a central feature of many cancers and plays a critical role in disease initiation, progression, and response to treatment. The methods devices and systems are also used to analyze embryonic biopsies for preimplantation genetic diagnosis (PGD). In one embodiment, the devices, systems and methods provided herein allow for the construction of genomic and RNA-seq libraries without a pre-amplification step.

The present disclosure relates to an immunoassay method for performing immunoassay by using a patch that contains antibodies. An immunoassay method according to an aspect of the present disclosure performs diagnosis by detecting a target protein from a sample to be diagnosed by using a patch which includes a mesh structural body forming micro-cavities and is configured to contain a liquid substance in the micro-cavities, and includes placing the sample to be diagnosed in a reaction region, and providing an antibodies that react specifically with a target protein to the reaction region by using a patch that contains the antibodies.

HIGHLY INTEGRATED ANALYTE DETECTION DEVICE
The invention discloses a highly integrated analyte detection system, including: a bottom case; a sensor structure, the sensor structure includes a sensor and a sensor base, the sensor includes a signal output end and a detection end, and at least two first electrical connection areas insulated from each other are provided on the surface of the signal output end; and a transmitter, the transmitter and the bottom case are fastened with each other, and the transmitter is provided with second electrical connection areas, which are insulated from each other, corresponding to the first electrical connection areas, each second electrical connection area is electrically connected to the corresponding first electrical connection area. Such a design reduces the height of the sensor structure, making the overall structure of the detection system more compact, as a result, reducing the volume and enhancing the user experience.

This device effectively reduces the overall thickness of the analyte detection device and enhances the user experience.

A sensing device includes a base, a probe structure and a transmitter structure. The base is provided with a first fastener part. The probe structure includes a second fastener part, a probe and a connection area. The transmitter structure includes a transmitter housing and a transmitter disposed inside the transmitter housing, the transmitter housing is provided with a connection hole, the shape of which matches the shape of the probe structure, and when the transmitter structure is mounted to the base, the probe structure is located in the connection hole, and the transmitter is electrically connected to the connection area to receive the signal generated by the probe.
