The support card further has a short-side card rail edge on an edge of the support card along the N side of the array, and a long-side card rail edge on an edge of the support card along the M side of the array. The support card lid includes a long-side lid rail edge extending from a support card first surface, which is adapted to slidably mate with the long-side card rail edge, and a short-side lid rail edge extending from a support card second surface, which is adapted to slidably mate with the short-side card rail edge.

A first channel in communication with the piston cavity is provided on an outer circumferential surface of the piston cylinder, a plurality of second channels are provided on an inner wall of the accommodating cavity, each of the second channels is in corresponding communication with one of the reagent cavities, and the piston cylinder can move relative to the kit body, so that the plurality of second channels are alternately in communication with the first channel.

Work hood
The present invention provides a work hood that allows for free rotation in a work box to provide a wide work area and easy decontamination of a sealing portion present at the boundary between the work hood and the work box. A rotation support for rotatably supporting the entire half suit is provided. The rotation support includes a base portion, a rotating portion, a bearing portion, a sealing member, and a communication hole. The base portion is airtightly and annularly provided around an opening, and the rotating portion is provided around the base portion through the bearing portion, with a hem portion of the half suit being fixed to the rotating portion. The sealing member is annularly provided in an annular space formed by the base portion and the rotating portion so as to separate the work box and the external environment. The communication hole is provided so as to lead to the external environmental side from the annular small space side formed by the sealing member together with the base portion, the rotating portion, and the bearing portion, and is connected to a supply means for supplying a decontamination gas and the like to the inside of the small space and to a suction means for sucking clean air and the like from the inside of the small space.
Device and Method for Centrifuging a Physiological Fluid
A device and associated method for centrifuging a physiological fluid includes a container including a tip, a base, and a barrel extending between the tip and the base to hold a physiological fluid. The container includes a plunger positioned within the barrel of the container. The plunger includes a concave collection surface that faces the tip of the container. A plunger gasket seal is in sealing engagement with an inside wall of the barrel of the container. A bottom support is provided to support the base of the container at least partially within the bottom support for use in a centrifuge. The container is coupled to the bottom support using an interference fit. The collection surface of the plunger and at least the barrel can be made of the same material. Advantageously, the device can be used to process blood without the need for any added anticoagulant in the blood.

The present disclosure provides methods of preparing a biological specimen for imaging analysis, comprising fixing and clearing the biological specimen and subsequently analyzing the cleared biological specimen using microscopy. Also included are methods of quantifying cells, for example, active populations of cells in response to a stimulant. The present disclosure also provides devices for practicing the described methods. A flow-assisted clearing device provides rapid clearing of hydrogel-embedded biological specimens without the need of specialized equipment such as electrophoresis or perfusion devices.
