Device for periodontal cleaning and a method of controlling a device periodontal cleaning
A periodontal cleaning device, including a cleaning head having a fluid outlet for releasing a cleaning fluid and a suction member for suction of a waste fluid, a cleaning fluid source, connected to the fluid outlet, a controllable suction device connected to the suction member, fluid feeding device for controlling a flow of the cleaning fluid from the cleaning fluid source to the fluid outlet. The periodontal cleaning device further has a control unit, arranged for controlling the controllable suction device in generating a vacuum pulse in the suction member, controlling controllable fluid feeding device in generating a fluid flow pulse in the fluid outlet in response to the vacuum pulse, and controlling the controllable suction device in generating a subsequent vacuum pulse in the suction member, and introducing a time period between the cleaning fluid flow pulse and the subsequent vacuum pulse in the suction member.
Reduced form factor oral irrigator
An oral irrigator has a removable reservoir defining a reservoir cavity, a base unit housing a motor and a pump, and a handle for directing fluid flow from the pump removably connected to the base unit and fluidly coupled to the pump by a hose. The handle has a housing defining a slot formed in an outer wall of the housing. The slot is bounded by two opposing walls spaced apart from each other and a transverse wall at a terminal interior end of the opposing walls. The outer wall of the housing is open to the slot at lateral sides of the two opposing walls and at a base end of the opposing walls opposite the transverse wall.
Teeth cleaning apparatus
Disclosed is a teeth cleaning apparatus, including a first liquid reservoir, a teeth cleaner, a connector, and a liquid conveyer. The teeth cleaner includes a teeth cleaner body and a second liquid reservoir that is fixedly connected to the teeth cleaner body and transmits a teeth cleaning liquid to the teeth cleaner body during teeth cleaning. The connector is separable from the teeth cleaner, and the liquid conveyer transmits the teeth cleaning liquid in the first liquid reservoir to the second liquid reservoir when the teeth cleaner is connected on the connector.
Oral irrigator
An oral irrigator has a first liquid container, a nozzle outlet, a pump driven by a drive to pump liquid from the liquid container to the nozzle outlet so that a liquid jet is emitted via the nozzle outlet, a first switch arranged so that the drive is powered when the first switch is actuated once and the oral irrigator is switched into an ON state, and so that powering of the drive is stopped and the oral irrigator is switched into an OFF state when the first switch is actuated once again, and a second switch arranged so that the drive is powered only while the second switch is continuously actuated by the user and powering is stopped when the second switch is released.
Oral irrigator with handle support
An oral irrigator is provided. The oral irrigator may include a base unit defining a recess, a reservoir supported by the base unit, a handle support attached to the base unit above the recess, an oral irrigator handle supported by the handle support, and a tube attached to the handle and in fluid communication with the reservoir and the handle such that fluid from the reservoir flows through the tube into the handle. The tube may include a coiled portion that is received in the recess defined by the base unit when the handle is supported by the handle support.
Apparatus for dental irrigation
An apparatus for dental irrigation may be provided to project fluid onto the surfaces of, and the interproximal spaces between, a user's teeth and gum-line. The apparatus may comprise two hollow U-shaped manifolds having orifices located on their interior faces used as fluid jets. The manifolds may be connected, at a central point of reflection, by a rotating inlet joint which supplies the fluid flow. When placed in the user's mouth, the apparatus may be designed to receive the top and bottom sets of teeth in each corresponding U-shaped manifold, with orifices configured to provide fluid jets aligned towards the lingual and buccal side of the teeth. The orifices may be staggered to provide staggered fluid flow. A user's teeth may be cleaned with a controlled fluid flow by moving the apparatus in a sweeping motion between each set of rear molars.
REDUCED FORM FACTOR ORAL IRRIGATOR
An oral irrigator has a base unit housing a motor and a pump, a removable reservoir defining a reservoir cavity configured to mechanically couple to a top surface of the base unit and fluidly couple the reservoir cavity to the pump, and a belt drive assembly connecting the motor to the pump. The belt drive assembly includes a drive pulley connected to an output shaft of the motor, a driven pulley spaced apart from the drive pulley and mechanically connected to a piston that drives the pump, and a continuous belt connecting the drive pulley to the driven pulley. A handle for the oral irrigator may include a housing defining a slot formed in an outer wall of the housing.
ORAL IRRIGATOR
An oral irrigator, comprising: a first pumping assembly (200) used for pumping a first working medium for oral irrigation; a second pumping assembly (300) used for pumping a second working medium for oral irrigation; and a nozzle (400) in fluid communication with output ends of the first pumping assembly (200) and the second pumping assembly (300), the first working medium for oral irrigation and/or the second working medium for oral irrigation being ejected by means of the nozzle (400).
FAUCET-TO-ORAL LIQUID FLOSSING SYSTEM AND METHOD OF USE
A faucet-to-oral liquid flossing system allows a person to quickly connect a nozzle to a bathroom or another faucet to direct the water from it to their mouth. The system uses a hose and an elastic connector to attach to the faucet. The nozzle has a switch to control the release of the water into the mouth.
