An exercise and massage device utilizes a substantially spherical body having a central cavity that extends to opposite sides of the spherical body so that the cavity forms openings on opposite sides of the spherical body. The spherical body has an outer core of a first resilient hardness. A single rigid handle is positioned within the cavity. The openings of the cavity are sized and configured for allowing a user to access and manually grasp the handle through either opening. A resilient outer layer surrounds the outer core of the spherical body and provides an exterior surface of the spherical body. The resilient outer layer has a second resilient hardness that is less than that of the first resilient hardness of the outer core of the spherical body to provide a cushioning effect when the device is used in a massage mode. The device is weighted to provide a total weight of the device of from 2 lbs or more.

A derma roller apparatus has a handle, a first outer stabilizer, a second outer stabilizer, and a head connected to the handle via the first outer stabilizer and the second outer stabilizer. The invention relates to a massage head for a mechanical skin massage device with a gripping area and with which said massage head is intended to be connected, the latter comprising: a working head, comprising massage means that each have a working surface for massaging the skin, each massage means being rotatable around a respective secondary rotation axis, an actuating element for rotating said head around a primary rotation axis, said working head comprising an outer surface from which each massage means emerges, each rising, from said outer surface, to a respective massage height comprised between 5 mm and 9 mm.

Disclosed is a massage chair with improved stretching performance. The massage chair includes a seating unit (20); a backrest unit (10) with a pair of massage rollers (40) installed to left and right sides thereof; a footrest unit (30) or an ankle holder (33) provided to a front lower portion of the backrest unit (10) to hold both feet; and an upper body stretching unit (50) installed to a rear portion of the backrest unit (10) to lift a hand lever (51) by a driving force, in which when the hand lever (51) is lifted in a state in which a user holds the hand lever (51) by both hands, the whole body is stretched. The lower portion of the backrest unit (10) is optionally provided with a lumbar stretching unit (70) for stretching a waist of the user, and an air conditioner (460) for supplying air to the backrest unit (10), so that the user can get over feeling tired.

Described herein are methods of manufacturing multi-use mounting brackets having an extension with an internal support rod configured to support gym accessories. A single multi-use mounting bracket fits gym rigging or gym racks of different sizes and hole configurations. This accomplished by including multiple pairs of holes that are sized and positioned to be compatible with different gym rigging configurations. The multi-use mounting brackets described herein are advantageously designed to resist both downward and upward forces.

The present invention relates to a self-propelling, portable massaging device which can move back and forth along an arm, leg, or other body part of a user while providing a massage to the user. In an embodiment, the massaging device comprises a massage element having ends, wherein the ends are attached to one or more rotational connectors forming a limb opening, wherein the limb opening is at least partially surrounded by the massage element, wherein a user inserts a body part into the limb opening for contact with and massaging by the massage element; the one or more rotational connectors connected to one or more motors, wherein the one or more rotational connectors cause a rotation of the ends when the one or more rotational connectors are rotated by the one or more motors.
