Pipetting device having two temperature sensors
The invention is in the field of automatic analysis devices and relates to a heatable pipetting device for an automatic analysis device and a method for providing a reaction mixture. The pipetting device comprises a pipetting needle having two temperature sensors at different distances to the tip of the pipetting needle.
SAMPLE MEASURING APPARATUS AND SAMPLE MEASURING METHOD
A downsized sample measuring apparatus in plan view, This sample measuring apparatus 100 includes a dispensing unit 20 for integrally holding a first nozzle 21 and a second nozzle 22, a dispensing unit moving unit 30 for moving the dispensing unit 20, a control unit 11 for controlling the dispensing unit 20 and the dispensing unit moving unit 30 so as to dispense a first liquid into a container 131 using the first nozzle 21 and dispense a second liquid into the container 131 using the second nozzle 22, and a measuring unit 10 for measuring a sample that has been processed by dispensing the first liquid and the second liquid.
FULLY-AUTOMATED BIOLOGICAL SLIDE SPECIMEN PROCESSING DEVICE AND METHOD
A fully-automated biological slide specimen processing device and a method. The device mainly includes a testing assembly, a base platform, a Z-arm, an X-arm, a Y-arm, a dispensing nozzle and scanning devices for identifying a reagent and a specimen. The device in the present invention can automatically realize regular and quantitative dispensing according to testing process requirements and testing steps, automatically control the heating, automatically control liquid filling and liquid discharging, and realize full automation of the testing process. When the slide specimen needs a heat treatment, an insertion slot may be directly filled with liquid and be heated.
DEVICE FOR ELECTRICAL MEASUREMENT OF TARGET CHEMICAL SUBSTANCE, AND METHOD THEREFOR
A device for electrical measurement of a target chemical substance includes: an electrode array element including a base, an electrode array section in which electrodes which are disposed on the base and to each of which a test substance is fixed or can be fixed are arrayed, and a terminal array section in which terminals disposed on the base so as to correspond to the electrodes and electrically connected to the electrodes are arrayed; a processing head having an electrode array element support section supporting the electrode array element detachably to make electrical connection to the terminals possible; a container group including a liquid storing section and a measurement container; a support section moving mechanism; and a measurement section capable of measuring a signal generated by applying a predetermined voltage to a test substance fixed to each of the electrodes in the measurement container.
DISPENSER FOR AN ANALYZER
Embodiments of a dispenser and a dispensing method for an analyzer are disclosed herein. The dispenser can include a first structure containing a first fluid path and a probe containing a second fluid path. The first structure can include a heat source that can heat the first structure and a fluid contained in the first structure. The first structure can be physically and thermally connected to the probe such that the probe is indirectly heated by the heat source via thermal energy transferred through the first structure. The heat source can be controlled to heat the first structure to a first desired temperature and/or temperature range, which can result in the heating of the probe and the fluid contained in the probe to a second desired temperature and/or temperature range.
Pipetting device and method
Pipetting device for pipetting a liquid driven by a gaseous working medium, the pipetting device having at least one pipette connector adapted to attach a pipette at a connection opening at least one pressurizing and/or suctioning pressure source, a gas flow connection between said connection opening and at least one pressure source, a flow restriction defining at least a section of said gas flow connection, a first sensor configured to measure a quantity indicative of the temperature of the flow restriction. The invention is further directed to a gas flow connection element for a pipetting device and to a method of pipetting a liquid volume.
