EXERCISE DEVICE
A exercise roller device including a center roller portion provided with shaped end roller portions, and the center roller portion provided with a centered circumferential groove. A method of making the exercise roller device.
Meibomian gland roller
A Meibomian Gland Roller system allows for self-administered the treatment for a leading cause of dry eyes, namely, tear film oil deficiency. The system combines an effective and safe technique to combine mechanical rolling pressure with heat for meibomian gland drainage. The rolling action of the roller cylinder combined with the roller head to increase effectiveness in etnpting inspissated meibomian glands. The roller allows the patient to safely start the application of the pressure at the bottom of the glands and effectively roll open clogged oil glands. The washable roller keeps the head clean for long term use. A preheated eye-shaped soft gel pad can prepare the lids before the roller tip is applied by heating and softening the meibomian gland contents, allowing the roller to have a more effective action to induce mechanical extraction of the gland content.
LACTATION AID AND BREAST TISSUE THERAPEUTIC DEVICE
A lactation aid is disclosed having an outer layer defining a cavity and a core material located in the cavity, the core material being adapted to be one or more of: heated and cooled. The lactation aid is adapted to be manually rolled over a breast. The lactation aid may include protrusions, which protrusions may be hollow such that core material at least partially extends into the protrusions. A temperature indicator may also be present. The lactation aid may combine three therapeutic components: application of temperature (heating or cooling), movement and compression to breast tissue.
Massage device having misaligned y-shaped massage roller shafts
The present invention relates to a massage device having misaligned Y-shaped massage roller shafts and, more specifically, to a massage device having misaligned Y-shaped massage roller shafts, the device having massage roller shafts formed in a wide Y-shape at both sides of the upper end portion of a grip body and having massage rollers respectively and rotatably coupled to the massage roller shafts such that the massage roller shafts are formed to be misaligned in a narrow Y-shape when viewed from the side, and thus when massaging a wide body portion, the front side, which has the wide Y-shaped massage roller shafts, makes contact with and massages the body portion, and when massaging a narrow body portion, the lateral side, which has the narrow Y-shaped massage roller shafts, makes contact with and massages the body portion, thereby enabling various body portions having different thicknesses to be massaged.
Preparation of an internal massager and application thereof
The internal massager consists of a massage ball, a rod, a protecting cover and a handle. The preparation of the internal massager includes: welding the massage ball to one end of the rod first, tightly connecting the other end of the rod with the protecting cover, and then welding the handle to the side of the protecting cover away from the rod, thereby to produce an internal massager; the internal massager massages and stimulates the throat, esophagus, and rectocolic surfaces, which promotes the local or systemic nervous-humoral reactions, improves the immune function of the body, and promotes the recovery of chronic diseases and physical weakness. The internal massager provided by the present invention has a simple preparation method, and the prepared internal massager has a wide range of application, significantly stimulatory effects in vivo, and therefore it has promoting effects on the recovery of chronic diseases and physical weakness.
Soft tissue mobilization device
A soft tissue mobilization device having an elongated body. The elongated body is a generally right cylindrical member that has a first end and a second end. The cross-sectional configuration is substantially uniform. Surface variations may be present along the length thereof. The first and second ends may include a round, with a flat region there within. A stand upon which the soft tissue mobilization device can be positioned is likewise disclosed. Methods of use are likewise disclosed.
BODY MASSAGING DEVICE
A self-operated apparatus particularly adapted for massaging a user's wrist and forearm affected by repetitive strain injuries such as carpal tunnel syndrome comprises two clamping arms hingedly joined at one end and provided with cooperating handles at the other ends. Rollers and balls are mounted on opposite median sections of the arms. The hinged ends of the arms are universally attached to a support that can be strapped over the user's thigh, whereby an arm can be adjustably clamped between the sets of rollers and balls by bringing the two handles together and the arm and wrist massaged by translating and rotating movements of the arm along an axis perpendicular to the mounting axes of the rollers and balls. Either of the arms may include a release operable between an open position and a closed position. When in the open position, the massaging member is removable from the arm and may be replaced by a different massaging apparatus.
Electromechanical spherical massage implement
A spherical manual and electromechanically-operated spherical massage implement which facilitates the even application of pressure to the body tissue of a client during massage therapy, including tendons, ligaments, and muscles (e.g. the gluteus maximus, gluteus medius, and the like). Variations of the invention include vibrating and heating functions, relieve sore and achy muscles, help blood circulation, relieve muscle cramps, loosen tight and knotted muscles, and relieve pressure from the massage therapist's hands.
Massage roller and container
A system and method for a container for exercise mats that operates as a massage roller which has a quick and easy to use closure and a carrying system that does not impede the self-myofascial release process and is used for carrying the container.
CONFIGURABLE THERAPEUTIC ROLLER KIT AND APPARATUS, AND METHODS OF USING SAME
A massage roller apparatus includes a roller ball and a main roller body, which includes upper, lower and middle encasement members. The roller ball is hollow and contains a thermally stable material. The lower encasement member has a first concave opening therein, and an upper edge portion with a first attachment structure. The ring-shaped middle encasement member has a lower portion with a second attachment structure, and an upper portion with a third attachment structure. A hollow opening of the middle encasement member has a first diameter at its upper portion, and has a second diameter, less than the first diameter, at its lower portion. The upper encasement member includes a cup-shaped portion with a second concave opening therein, and also includes a handle at its upper end. A lower portion of the upper encasement member has a fourth attachment structure for selectively connecting to the middle encasement member.
