Apparatus and method for an adjustable toggle assembly
An adjustable toggle assembly adapted for use on an item of crushing equipment having a frame and a jaw, said adjustable toggle assembly. The assembly includes a wedge having a generally tapered configuration, a first wear bar configured to contact the wedge, and a second wear bar configured to contact the wedge. The assembly also has a first cover plate and a second cover plate. The assembly further includes a means for moving the wedge relative to the first wear bar and the second wear bar. The assembly still further includes a first toggle seat that is connected to the frame and a second toggle seat that is connected to the jaw. The means for moving the wedge relative to the first wear bar and the second wear bar is adapted to move the wedge between a contracted position and an expanded position.
Jaw plate retainer
A jaw plate retainer assembly is arranged to releasably secure a jaw plate at a jaw of a jaw crusher. The retainer assembly is configured specifically for positioning at a rearward region of the jaw plate, such that no part of the retainer assembly is exposed to the crushing chamber and to protect it when mounted in use by the jaw plate.

The invention relates to a crusher assembly for a jaw crusher having a swing jaw (10) and a crusher jaw (30) having teeth (33) formed on the breaking sides thereof, the crusher jaw (30) comprising end faces (35) at the opposite ends thereof, wherein a clamping piece (50) having a clamping surface (52) acts on the one end face (35) and the other end face (35) is supported on a clamping piece (20), wherein the clamping piece (50) and the clamping element (20) are interchangeably connected to the swing jaw (10), wherein the swing jaw (10) comprises a head part (11) having a pivot bearing (12) on the end region thereof facing away from the clamping piece (50), and wherein the crusher jaw (30) at least partially covers the region of the swing jaw (10) in front of the pivot bearing (12). A wear-optimized design in support of long service life is made possible by means of such a crusher assembly and the crusher jaw (30) can always be easily replaced. Furthermore, material flow can be optimized in that the risk of bridging in the crusher mouth is reduced.
CRUSHER ASSEMBLY FOR A JAW CRUSHER
The invention relates to a crusher assembly for a jaw crusher having a swing jaw (10) and a crusher jaw (30) having teeth (33) formed on the breaking sides thereof, the crusher jaw (30) comprising end faces (35) at the opposite ends thereof, wherein a clamping piece (50) having a clamping surface (52) acts on the one end face (35) and the other end face (35) is supported on a clamping piece (20), wherein the clamping piece (50) and the clamping element (20) are interchangeably connected to the swing jaw (10), wherein the swing jaw (10) comprises a head part (11) having a pivot bearing (12) on the end region thereof facing away from the clamping piece (50), and wherein the crusher jaw (30) at least partially covers the region of the swing jaw (10) in front of the pivot bearing (12). A wear-optimized design in support of long service life is made possible by means of such a crusher assembly and the crusher jaw (30) can always be easily replaced. Furthermore, material flow can be optimized in that the risk of bridging in the crusher mouth is reduced.
Jaw Crusher
The invention relates to a jaw crusher having a stationary crusher jaw (21) and having a movable crusher jaw (22), between which a crushing chamber (23) and a crushing gap (24) are formed, wherein the movable crusher jaw (22) can be driven by a crusher drive (30) to generate a crushing motion, wherein an overload protection mechanism is assigned to one of the crusher jaws (21,22), preferably to the movable crusher jaw (22), wherein the overload protection mechanism comprises a control unit (60), which, in the event of an overload, causes the crusher jaws (21,22) to move relative to one another in such a way that the crushing gap (24) is enlarged. In such a jaw crusher, an improved operation can be achieved if provision is made that an actuator unit (100) is driven by means of the kinetic energy of a driven component of the jaw crusher, in particular the flywheels or the crusher drive (30) driving the flywheels and the movable crusher jaw, and that at least one actuator (80) is acted upon by the actuator unit (100) using a transfer medium to effect the gap adjustment.
Jaw Crusher
The invention relates to a jaw crusher having a stationary crusher jaw (21) and having a movable crusher jaw (22), between which a crushing chamber (23) and a crushing gap (24) are formed, wherein the movable crusher jaw (22) can be driven by a crusher drive (30) to generate a crushing motion, wherein an overload protection mechanism is assigned to one of the crusher jaws (21,22), preferably to the movable crusher jaw (22), wherein the overload protection mechanism comprises a control unit (60), which, in the event of an overload, causes the crusher jaws (21,22) to move relative to one another in such a way that the crushing gap (24) is enlarged. In such a jaw crusher, an improved operation can be achieved if provision is made that an actuator unit (100) is driven by means of the kinetic energy of a driven component of the jaw crusher, in particular the flywheels or the crusher drive (30) driving the flywheels and the movable crusher jaw, and that at least one actuator (80) is acted upon by the actuator unit (100) using a transfer medium to effect the gap adjustment.

A destruction device capable of destroying a plurality of types of storage devices includes: a support plate mounting part to which a support plate is detachably mounted; a crushing member mounting part to which a crushing member is detachably mounted; a support plate detection part capable of detecting the support plate mounted on the support plate mounting part; a crushing member detection part capable of detecting the crushing member mounted on the crushing member mounting part; and a control unit that determines whether the support plate detected by the support plate detection part and the crushing member detected by the crushing member detection part correspond to a same type of storage device, and executes a crushing process for crushing the storage device upon determining that the support plate and the crushing member correspond to the same type of storage device.
