Replacement cone crusher wear liners

A cone crusher wear liner to crush feed materials such as minerals, rocks, or the like includes a stationary bowl liner. The stationary bowl liner is a downward curvature element with double open ends to allow feed material to be fed thereabove. The stationary bowl liner includes an inner circumferential crushing surface. The inner circumferential crushing surface includes a plurality of crushing protrusions. The wear liner also includes a gyrating mantle liner. The gyrating mantle liner is a downward curvature element with double closed ends, and gyrates at axial axis at an off-set angle to enable the feed materials between a pre-set gap to be crushed to smaller portions by the plurality of crushing protrusions.

A cone crusher head, system, and crusher including the cone crusher head and system. A conical mantle radially extends from an interference fit section and has a head diameter D.sub.ch. The conical mantle has a wear part support surface and a shaft support surface. The interference fit section has a nominal interference fit diameter D.sub.if. The conical mantle has an armpit groove for receiving a slip ring. The armpit groove is covered by the conical mantle with an armpit thickness L.sub.a. Fretting wear is reduced by dimensioning the crusher head so that a ratio of the head diameter D.sub.ch to the nominal interference fit diameter D.sub.if is most 2.5; and a ratio of the head diameter D.sub.ch to the armpit thickness L.sub.a is at least 10.5.

Cone crusher and adjustable moving cone assembly thereof

A cone crusher and an adjustable moving cone assembly thereof are provided. The adjustable moving cone assembly includes a base, an eccentric bushing movably provided inside the base, a main shaft with a lower end movably provided inside the eccentric bushing, and a moving cone body fastened at an upper end of the main shaft. The eccentric bushing rotates to directly or indirectly drive the moving cone body to swing circumferentially. A lifting drive component is provided on the base. An upper end surface of the lifting drive component is provided with a support assembly. A lower end of the moving cone body is supported by rolling or sliding on the support assembly. The lifting drive component is configured to drive the moving cone body and the main shaft connected to the moving cone body to move up and down.

The present disclosure provides a generally cylindrical bowl support for a cone crusher which includes a plurality of evenly, circumferentially spaced ears around the periphery of the support. The ears are designed to have clamping cylinders mounted thereto to provide protection from tramp iron and the like passing through the cone crusher. A plurality of thickened ribs are defined in the support, at least some of the thickened ribs extending downwardly from the ears to form abutting polygon configurations to spread and absorb forces from a crushing operation. Other ones of the ribs define at least one circumferentially-extending, continuous ring forming portions of the polygons.
