BEARING FOR A CRUSHER, AND CRUSHER
A bearing for a crusher, in particular for a gyratory crusher or cone crusher, may include a housing, an eccentric bush that is mounted in the housing such that the eccentric bush can be rotated about an axle, a bushing that is disposed between the housing and the eccentric bush, and a lubricant line for supplying the bushing with lubricant that extends into the eccentric bush. The lubricant line may extend along an axial direction within a wall of the eccentric bush. An outer side of the eccentric bush may have an outlet opening for the lubricant line, with the outlet opening being directed onto the bushing.
Crusher device comprising an overload safety device
A crusher device such as a cone or gyratory crusher is disclosed. The crusher device includes a shaft defining a first direction parallel to its length. The shaft includes an upper shaft end, a crusher head, and an overload safety device that couples the crusher head to the upper shaft end. The overload safety device includes a biasing device configured to bias the crusher head away from the upper shaft end in the first direction. The overload safety device is configured to permit displacement of the crusher head along the first direction relative to the shaft in response to a force acting on the crusher head in the first direction.
TORQUE REACTION PULLEY FOR AN INERTIA CONE CRUSHER
A torque reaction pulley for an inertia cone crusher having an elastically deformable component responsive to a change in torque through the drive transmission of the crusher due to rotation of an unbalanced weight within the crusher.
Sealing Member and Mantle Comprising Such Member, Gyratory Crusher and Method of Installing
The present disclosure relates to a sealing member for a gyratory crusher having a main shaft and a mantle. The sealing member includes a first side and a second, opposing, side and the first side is arrangeable on a circumference of an inner wall of the mantle of the gyratory crusher and at least a portion of the second side is at a distance from the first side, the distance being not less than the difference between a radius of the inner wall of the mantle where the sealing member is arrangeable and a radius of the outer wall of the main shaft where the sealing is to contact the main shaft for sealing a space between the mantle and the main shaft. The sealing member provides an efficient and safe way of installing a mantle of a gyratory crusher.

Gyratory crusher main shaft and assembly
A gyratory crusher main shaft assembly has a main shaft, an axially upper region of the main shaft including a tapered conical section with a protective sleeve friction fitted over the cone. To facilitate mounting and dismounting of the sleeve, at least one groove is indented within a radially external facing surface of the main shaft at the region of the cone to allow fluid to be introduced under pressure to the region between the sleeve and the cone.

Adjustable super fine crusher
A mill for the comminution of particulate material by impact means including a shell rotating at super critical velocity and a gyrating mandrel. Material introduced to the mill forms a bed on the inner surface of the shell and is then crushed by the impact of the gyrating mandrel. The axis of rotation of the shell is in angularly displaced from the axis of gyration of the mandrel to transport material through the mill.
