DEBUCKING MACHINE AND METHOD OF USE
A debucking machine, for use with processing industrial hemp or cannabis, is provided. Embodiments of the debucking machine include counter-rotating rollers equipped with rubberized combs for gently removing flowers, or “buds,” from harvested industrial hemp or cannabis. Embodiments of the debucking machine are portable and may be moved from location to location within a drying shed.
SYSTEM AND METHOD FOR REMOVING BIOMASS FROM STEM
A system for removing biomass from a stem includes a frame, a conveyor mechanism which moves the stem in a horizontal conveying direction, a pair of rollers which exert a rubbing force between each other for removing the biomass from the stem, and a tensioning system arranged to exert a force which holds the stem to the conveyor mechanism. A first axial end of each roller is connected to an inlet end side of the conveyor mechanism, and a second axial end of each roller is connected to a transmission such that the rollers are angled downward from the first axial ends to the second axial ends. The conveyor mechanism moves the stem so as to pass between the rollers such that the rubbing force removes the biomass from the stem, and such that the rubbing force moves downward along the stem as the stem moves in the conveying direction.
MODULAR ROLLER GRINDING MILL
A roller mill module with a fixed grinding roller with a first grind surface rotatably supported within a grind area between a first drive end and a second drive end of a support structure; an adjustable grinding roller with a second grind surface rotatably supported within the grind area; the adjustable grinding roller movable with respect to the fixed grinding roller to adjust a grind gap between the first grind surface and the second grind surface; a drive shaft of the fixed grinding roller and a drive shaft of the adjustable grinding roller extending from the first and the second drive ends of the support structure; and a sample port provided in a front side of the support structure; a sample passage coupled to the sample port extending to a position below the grind area and opposite a sampler stop surface.

GRINDING ROLL IMPROVEMENTS
A grinding apparatus may include a frame and a pair of rolls each having a circumferential surface and being rotatably mounted on the frame, and a plurality of teeth located on the circumferential surface. In embodiments, at least one roll comprises a roll body structure rotatably mounted on the frame and a roll cover structure forming the circumferential surface, and the roll cover structure may be at least partially removable from the roll body structure to permit replacement of at least a portion of the circumferential surface without requiring removal of the roll body structure from the frame. In embodiments, the teeth on one roll may include an upper cap portion formed of a relatively harder material and a lower base portion formed of a relatively softer material. In embodiments, the teeth on one roll have a coating of a relatively harder material than a relatively softer base material forming the tooth.

Crushing machine for a food product that is frozen in blocks, or in IQF form, and plant comprising such a machine for making puree, or juice, from a food product
A crushing machine for a vegetable food product frozen in blocks, or in IQF form, the machine having a box-like body defining a crushing chamber. The box-like body has an inlet port through which the frozen food product is put in the crushing chamber, and an outlet port through which a frozen crushed product is discharged from the crushing chamber. In the crushing chamber a crushing unit is mounted, having a plurality of crushing rollers, each of which is arranged to rotate about a rotation axis and has, peripherally, teeth arranged to cut the frozen product into blocks, or IQF form, for splitting it into the above described fragments of predetermined size. The rotation axes of the crushing rollers are parallel to each other. The outlet port is associated with a distribution valve arranged to adjust the amount of crushed product discharged from the machine through the outlet port.

COMBINED CRUSHING GRANULATION DRIER
A combined crushing granulation drier has a combined tank, which is provided with a plurality of layers or a single layer. Two adjacent layers of tank bodies of the combined tank are connected by granulator connecting flanges. The granulator connecting flanges are arranged on the inner side of the combined tank. The ends of the flanges are fixed by bolts to form a fast-assembly type structure. A feed temporary storage bin is arranged at the upper part of the combined tank. The feed temporary storage bin and the tank body at the uppermost layer of the combined tank are connected, fixed and sealed by connecting flanges of the feed temporary storage bin. The combined tank is internally provided with a rolling unit. Each layer of rolling drum is internally provided with a rotating speed sensor.
CRACKER ROLLER DISC
A cracker roller disc has a first portion radially outward of the centre of substantially constant thickness, and a second portion radially outward of the first portion which second portion tapers towards the periphery of the disc. A plurality of upstanding ridges extending radially outward across the second portion on opposed faces of the disc are machined to define respective conical surfaces forming radially extending edges on opposed faces of the disc. The disc is provided with one or more circular or spiral grooves which cut across the edges in a substantially perpendicular direction to the edges. The grooves extend the effective length of each edge.
