The pressure chamber has an opening in a contact region of the applicator, so that the alternating pressure field can be applied directly to a portion of the penis that is to be stimulated via the opening. A sealing device is arranged on the applicator, which is configured to seal the pressure chamber against the environment when the applicator is applied to the penis.
