ROLLER CRUSHER AND METHOD FOR OPERATION THEREOF
A scraper device for a roller crusher, which scraper device includes a rotatable multi head scraper unit having at least two scrapers arranged tangentially about the rotatable multi head scraper unit at a respective radial distance from a rotational axis of the rotatable multi head scraper unit. The scraper device further includes a rotation actuator arranged to selectively rotate the rotatable multi head scraper unit to allow operative use of one of the at least two scrapers at a time. The scraper device further includes at least one brake arrangement configured to prevent and/or restrict rotation of the rotatable multi head scraper unit during operation of the one of the at least two scrapers. A roller crusher including the scraper device and a method for operating the roller crusher is also provided.
Demounting A High Pressure Grinding Roller
A frame (12) for demounting a tyre from an HPGR shaft is disclosed. The frame comprises: a support comprising a plurality of structural beams (42a,c,d) adapted to rest on a surface; a registration pin (46) upstanding from the support and dimensioned to be accommodated within a bore defined by the shaft; a tyre support (60) at least partially surrounding the registration pin; and a dampener arrangement (76) mounted on the tyre support and being configured to engage with a lower surface of a tyre to provide balanced support around the circumference thereof, the dampener arrangement including at least one dampener. A method of demounting a tyre from an HPGR shaft is also described.
Demounting A High Pressure Grinding Roller
A frame (12) for demounting a tyre from an HPGR shaft is disclosed. The frame comprises: a support comprising a plurality of structural beams (42a,c,d) adapted to rest on a surface; a registration pin (46) upstanding from the support and dimensioned to be accommodated within a bore defined by the shaft; a tyre support (60) at least partially surrounding the registration pin; and a dampener arrangement (76) mounted on the tyre support and being configured to engage with a lower surface of a tyre to provide balanced support around the circumference thereof, the dampener arrangement including at least one dampener. A method of demounting a tyre from an HPGR shaft is also described.
Automatic Cleaning Device for Ring Hammer Crusher, and Ring Hammer Crusher
An automatic cleaning device for a ring hammer crusher, and a ring hammer crusher having the automatic cleaning device are provided. The automatic cleaning device includes an automatic cleaning assembly at a back side of a feeding opening of a crushing chamber of the ring hammer crusher; the automatic cleaning assembly includes a material meeting disk and a cleaning blocking rod; the material meeting disk is connected to a drive member and is driven by the drive member to rotate, and the cleaning blocking rod is fixed to the crushing chamber and is cooperated with a material meeting surface of the material meeting disk for cleaning. The ring hammer crusher having the automatic cleaning device has a simple structure and convenient operation, thus improving cleaning effect.
Two roller sugarcane crushing mill
An improved two roll sugarcane crushing mill with a semi closed frame having a plurality of improved two roll mill modules in tandem. Each improved two roll mill modules has a bottom roll and top roll, the bottom roll being rotatingly mounted in a pair of main frames at the two ends and the top roll is rotatingly mounted in a pair of top beams. One end of each of the top beams being pivotedly attached near the upper end of the main frame towards feed side for swinging the top beams along with the top roll. A hydraulic loader is provided which is pivotally attached between the end of the top beam and the base of the main frame. The semi closed frame fitted at the bottom end to the base of the Head Stock is designed to bear the forces of heavy and fluctuating loads.
Two roller sugarcane crushing mill
An improved two roll sugarcane crushing mill with a semi closed frame having a plurality of improved two roll mill modules in tandem. Each improved two roll mill modules has a bottom roll and top roll, the bottom roll being rotatingly mounted in a pair of main frames at the two ends and the top roll is rotatingly mounted in a pair of top beams. One end of each of the top beams being pivotedly attached near the upper end of the main frame towards feed side for swinging the top beams along with the top roll. A hydraulic loader is provided which is pivotally attached between the end of the top beam and the base of the main frame. The semi closed frame fitted at the bottom end to the base of the Head Stock is designed to bear the forces of heavy and fluctuating loads.
SYSTEM AND METHOD TO CONVERT CELLULOSIC MATERIALS INTO SUGAR
A system for converting cellulosic feedstock to sugar is provided. The system comprises a biomass hopper configured to accept raw material, a conveying tube with a conveying screw configured to separate and transport the raw material, a product heater proximate the conveying screw tube, a drop chute in communication with the conveying screw, and a crusher assembly configured to receive the raw material and defining a reaction zone, grind raw material under pressure to induce a solid-solid chemical reaction to produce the sugar, wherein the crusher assembly comprises a pair of rollers configured to crush the raw material therebetween.
PROCESS FOR THE PRODUCTION OF WHOLE SEMOLINA
A dry process for the production of whole durum wheat semolina is described, wherein wheat caryopses (101) are subjected to decortication in order to remove the germ (107) and only the outermost layers of the pericarp (102) of the multilayer bran coating of said caryopses and the caryopses decorticated in this way are subjected to milling followed by sieving, selecting fractions having a particle size lower than or equal to 500 m, which form the aforementioned whole durum wheat semolina. The invention also refers to a whole durum wheat semolina obtained by the aforementioned process having a moisture content lower than or equal to 13%, a total fibre content between 8% and 13% and a protein content between 12% and 17%, and a whole-wheat pasta and a bakery product obtained using the aforementioned semolina.
