The modular sexual assistance apparatus includes a secure structure (A) able to support a user. Devices that include one or more contact surfaces formed from a silver impregnated thermoplastic elastomer material are herein disclosed. These devices can take various forms, and the portions formed from the silver impregnated thermoplastic elastomer prevent growth of bacteria, mold, and other harmful organisms. An improved positioning device (the DEVICE) comprises a new and unique concave angulated device for at least one of, but not limited to, stretching, supporting, bracing, rehabilitating, positioning, massaging, kneading, scratching, or exercising a body of a user.
