Pulverizer System
A pulverizer may have such features as an ability to detect wrapping as well as possibly deter wrapping. A processor may also adjust the speed of rotation of the arms within the pulverizer and/or the speed of feed of input for various considerations. In fact the rotation direction may be reversed for at least brief periods of time in an effort to remove wrapped material. Vibration may also be sensed and efforts to prevent damage may be instigated by a processor.

A powder processing apparatus comprising a processing head functionally fixed to a driving unit via a fixation device. The processing head comprises an inlet connecting unit configured to be connected to an input container containing the material to be processed and an outlet connecting unit configured to be connected to an output container destined to receive the processed material. The fixation device comprises a pivoting element configured to rotate the processing head around a pivoting axis by a rotation angle between a first angular position where the material contained in the input container can be inputted in the processing head and where the processed material can be outputted in the output container, and a second angular position where the input container being on a base can be connected to the inlet connecting unit. Conveying arrangement with knives which can be pivoted vertically and shifted laterally
A conveying arrangement conveys loose material in a conveying direction, in particular agricultural material. Several knives of a cutting assembly are mounted below a cutting area guiding surface. The material is first conveyed along the cutting area guiding surface and afterwards along a further guiding surface. Both guiding surfaces are mechanically supported by a connecting assembly. A positioning mechanism can pivot the connecting assembly upwards and downwards. This pivotal movement causes both guiding surfaces to be moved upwards and downwards. The cutting area guiding surface together with the cutting assembly can be shifted laterally, i.e. perpendicular to the conveying direction, and is guided during this lateral movement.
Conveying arrangement with knives which can be pivoted vertically and shifted laterally
A conveying arrangement conveys loose material in a conveying direction, in particular agricultural material. Several knives of a cutting assembly are mounted below a cutting area guiding surface. The material is first conveyed along the cutting area guiding surface and afterwards along a further guiding surface. Both guiding surfaces are mechanically supported by a connecting assembly. A positioning mechanism can pivot the connecting assembly upwards and downwards. This pivotal movement causes both guiding surfaces to be moved upwards and downwards. The cutting area guiding surface together with the cutting assembly can be shifted laterally, i.e. perpendicular to the conveying direction, and is guided during this lateral movement.
CRUSHING MILL AND METHOD FOR CRUSHING REFUSE
Crushing mill including a crushing chamber, an inlet pipe of the refuse to be crushed connected to the crushing chamber, and a thruster member associated to the inlet pipe; the crushing mill includes a compactor apparatus for the refuse to be crushed provided with one or more presser elements positioned in correspondence to the inlet pipe of the refuse to be crushed and configured to be moved from at least a first inactive position, in which they allow the loading of the refuse to be crushed into the inlet pipe, to at least a second active position in which they compact the refuse in the pipe; the mass of compacted refuse in the inlet pipe is sent to the crushing chamber by means of the thruster member.
CRUSHING MILL AND METHOD FOR CRUSHING REFUSE
Crushing mill including a crushing chamber, an inlet pipe of the refuse to be crushed connected to the crushing chamber, and a thruster member associated to the inlet pipe; the crushing mill includes a compactor apparatus for the refuse to be crushed provided with one or more presser elements positioned in correspondence to the inlet pipe of the refuse to be crushed and configured to be moved from at least a first inactive position, in which they allow the loading of the refuse to be crushed into the inlet pipe, to at least a second active position in which they compact the refuse in the pipe; the mass of compacted refuse in the inlet pipe is sent to the crushing chamber by means of the thruster member.
