The tensioning device includes a tensioning lever which is arranged on a rotatable tensioning foot and which includes a tensioning wheel. A rotatable adjusting disk with a guide contour is arranged on the rotatable tensioning foot. The position of the adjusting disk can be fixed on the machine housing of the stirred ball mill by means of a securing means paired with the guide contour of the adjusting disk. The tensioning device further includes a longitudinally variable tensioning element for rotating the adjusting disk relative to the machine housing of the stirred ball mill.
Conductive inks and method of manufacture
An ink mixture is manufactured by mixing carbon, graphite, and solvents in a mixing system which may include a Cowles disperser. The conductive portions (e.g. carbon, graphite) are evenly and universally dispersed, because an even dispersal means the conductivity of the resulting conductive strip (electrode) will be even, consistent, and reliable. The various embodiments of the ink mixture comprise a blend of different conductive pigments, including but not limited to carbon black and graphite. These embodiments must be grinded until below 6.5 Microns in particle size.
Vertical grinding mill, screw shaft, and method of designing and/or manufacturing a screw shaft
A screw shaft for a vertically stirred grinding mill is arranged so as to be accommodated within a grinding chamber of the grinding mill while extending in a longitudinal direction. The screw shaft comprises a central shaft and at least one screw flight surrounding the central shaft, and the central shaft comprises an outer shaft wall defining a cavity within the interior of the central shaft, which cavity is closed at least at one longitudinal end of the central shaft.
A SYSTEM FOR A VERTICAL GRINDING MILL, A REPLACEMENT KIT OF WEAR SEGMENTS, A KIT OF WEAR PROTECTION ELEMENTS AND A VERTICAL GRINDING MILL
A system for a vertical grinding mill. The system includes a longitudinally extending shaft supporting a helical screw flight and at least one adaptor plate configured to be fixedly mounted to the shaft. Each adaptor plate includes at least one first locking member. The system further includes at least one wear segment configured to be supported by the at least one first locking member. Further, a replacement kit, a kit of wear protection elements and a vertical grinding mill is provided.
THREE-DIMENSIONAL GRINDER, METHOD FOR IMPLEMENTING SAME AND USES THEREOF
A three-dimensional grinder includes: a stationary grinding chamber having a generally cylindrical wall along a longitudinal axis XX and delimiting an inner space, the chamber receiving and mixing a starting compound, and generally at least two, in a liquid medium, forming an initial mixture, the stationary grinding chamber being partially filled with a grinding body, which stationary grinding chamber includes, at a first end, an inlet introducing the starting compound and the liquid medium and, at a second end, an outlet discharging an end product formed in the stationary grinding chamber; a stirrer in the stationary grinding chamber, including a rod extending along the longitudinal axis XX, the stirrer being capable of pivoting to move the grinding body/initial mixture mass, the stationary grinding chamber including, in the inner space, a heating device to heat an area of the stationary grinding chamber. The heating device is an introduction heating device.
METHOD AND APPARATUS FOR RECYCLING ASPHALT MILINGS
Apparatus and method for recycling asphalt millings containing bitumen and stone. A milling tube is provided having an outer tube and an inner tube axially aligned with and substantially contained within the outer tube, the inner tube having a diameter less that a diameter of the outer tube to thus define a mixing space between the inner and outer tubes. At least one of the inner and outer tubes is adapted to rotate relative to the other. An inlet is provided to the mixing space to receive the asphalt millings. A plurality of inner tube projections project radially outward from a surface of the inner tube toward the outer tube, and a plurality of outer tube projections project radially inward from a surface of the outer tube toward the inner tube. The milling tube facilitates the separation of the asphalt millings into bitumen and stone as one of the inner and outer tubes rotates relative to the other. Preferably, at least one of the outer and inner tubes contains an abrasive coating on a surface thereof, the inner tube projections and outer tube projections are comprised of wire rope, and an inlet is provided in the outer tube through which cold air can be applied to the mixing space.
Grinder using induced electric field
The present invention relates to a grinder using induced electric fields. The grinder comprises: a grinding unit on which a plurality of protrusions for cutting are disposed on an outer circumferential surface thereof; a power unit disposed in the grinding unit to generate electric fields and attach the conductive materials to the grinding unit; and a chamber disposed outside the grinding unit and comprising beads that disperse and grind the conductive materials attached to the grinding unit, wherein the conductive materials have directionality by the electric fields of the power unit.
STIRRER MILL
A stirrer mill for the treatment of flowable grinding stock. The stirrer mill includes a milling container, a milling chamber delimited by the container wall, and a stirring mechanism having a rotor which rotates about a central longitudinal axis and has an inside diameter (d351). Tools, which extend toward the container wall, are attached to the rotor. The stirrer mill also includes an internal stator arranged inside the rotor. A grinding stock discharge channel is formed, between the rotor and the internal stator, through which the grinding stock passes to a separating device and, thereafter, to a discharge line. The milling chamber is at least partially filled with grinding bodies having a diameter (c). Above the internal stator is arranged a separating device with a diameter (d30). The distance (s) between the rotor and the grinding body separating device is given by the relationship: s=0.5.Math.(d351d30)5.Math.c.
Molding flask for a molding machine and a molding process using the molding flask
A flask for containing mold sand within it prevents any mold shifting or mold dropping. Each of an upper flask 2 and a lower flask 3 includes a body that defines an opening in which a sand mold is to be molded. The body has at least one inlet 101 for introducing the mold sand into the opening. Two flanges 102 are extended from the body such that they are opposed to each other across the opening. Each flange has a through bore. The flask also includes engaging members for engaging an actuator in the outside of the flask such that a force or forces from said actuator could be transmitted to the flask. An upper flask 104 and a lower flask 105 are opposed to each other across a pattern plate 107.
