Adjustable sleeping system with massage function
Adjustable sleeping system with massage function. At least one example embodiment is a method of operating a sleeping system, the method including massaging a person residing on a sleeping surface of the sleeping system, the massaging by driving a plurality of adjustable spring assemblies, the plurality of adjustable spring assemblies part of an array of adjustable spring assemblies arranged such that a top of each adjustable spring assembly defines an upper surface parallel to the sleeping surface.
MASSAGE STICK STRUCTURE
A massage stick structure includes a hollow cylinder, a drive control module, and an end cover. The hollow cylinder has a cavity, and a mounting port formed on an end of the hollow cylinder and communicating with the cavity. The drive control module includes a support member, a control assembly and a vibrator fixed to the support member. The end cover is fixed to the support member. The drive control module is disposed into the cavity from the mounting port, and the end cover covers and assembles to the mounting port. Therefore, the assembly process of each component may be simplified to reduce production time and maintenance time.
Muscle Optimization Device and Method
A device and method are provided for therapy and treatment of biological tissue such as muscle, tendon, and ligament tissue, by use of a device and method in which therapeutic vibrational frequency resonance patterns are transmitted to tissues of a patient. The resonance frequencies originate from many resonance domains, including vitamins, minerals, herbs, amino acids, and fatty acids. Each domain includes therapeutic frequency resonance patterns. These resonance patterns may be passively excited and transmitted to a patient to enhance tissue function, to decrease the normal rehabilitation time of damaged tissue, and provide therapeutic benefits for muscle tissue dysfunction. Therapeutic frequency resonance patterns may also be actively excited by a delivery mechanism that uses electromagnetic or mechanical waves to interact with the device. The actively excited device transmits the therapeutic frequency resonance patterns to the patients for similar enhancements and therapeutic benefits.
THERMAL AND VIBROTACTILE HAPTIC ACTUATORS
Embodiments related to a haptic actuator for transmitting heat and/or mechanical vibrations to an adjacent surface are disclosed. The haptic actuator may include a heating membrane, one or more supports, and a body. The one or more supports may extend between the body and the heating membrane to physically separate the heating membrane from the body.
Vibratory Expulsive Therapy For Urinary Stones
The disclosure pertains to methods and devices for administering a vibration expulsion therapy (VET) to a subject to expulse a urinary stone. The method comprises circumferentially administering vibrations to a subject's torso to facilitate movement of a urinary stone through the urinary system or to alleviate pain associated with a urinary stone. In certain embodiments, the method comprises circumferentially administering vibrations to a subject via a vest configured to envelope and tightly fit contours on the subject's torso, particular, the subject's lower torso and cover the subject's kidneys, ureter, and/or urinary bladder. Further provided is a system comprising a processor and a computer-readable medium comprising instructions that, when executed by the processor, causes the processor to actuate a vest placed on the subject's torso to circumferentially administer vibrations to the subject's torso or a portion thereof.
Therapeutic device for treatment of conditions relating to the sinuses, nasal cavities, ear, nose and throat
A therapeutic device for treating one or more conditions associated with a user's nasal cavities, sinuses, and/or ear canals includes a housing having an opening, an acoustic vibrator within the housing that is operable to provide an acoustic vibration to the user, a fan within the housing that is operable to provide a pressure to the user and a power supply that provides power to the acoustic vibrator and the fan. A mask is connected to the housing at the opening and includes a nasal interface appliable around the nose of the user, a nasal chamber in which the user's nostrils are located and an aperture through which the fan delivers the pressure.
Apparatus and Method for Reduction of Neurological Movement Disorder Symptoms Using Wearable Device
A multimodal wearable band uses mechanical vibrations to stimulate sensory neurons in the wrist or ankle to reduce the severity of tremors, rigidity, involuntary muscle contractions, and bradykinesia caused by neurological movement disorders and to free users from freezing induced by movement disorders. The device uses sensors to provide output used by a processing unit to determine a stimulation pattern for the user and to determine when stimulation is necessary, and then uses one or more transducers to correspondingly stimulate the user's neurological pathways to lessen the severity of the user's symptoms. The device can also be adapted to integrate with third party devices.
HAND-HELD MASSAGE GUN AND CONVERSION MECHANISM THEREOF
A hand-held massage gun and conversion mechanism thereof are disclosed. The hand-held massage gun includes a massage gun body and a conversion mechanism. The massage gun body includes an output rod. The conversion mechanism includes a hollow shell, a movable block and return springs. The hollow shell is detachably connected to the massage gun body, and two ends of the hollow shell are provided with an opening and a long hole. The movable block is accommodated in the hollow shell. The movable block has an inclined surface, an abutting portion and a linkage rod inserted in the long hole. The output rod is inserted in the opening and abutted against the inclined surface. The return springs are elastically supported between the hollow shell and the abutting portion.
FEMALE STIMULATION DEVICE
A female stimulation device includes a head portion and a handle portion connected to and extending from the head portion. The head portion includes a suction surface and a suction chamber positioned on the suction surface. The stimulation device also includes a suction motor connected to the suction chamber and a plurality of vibration motors adjacent to and connected to the suction chamber.
SYSTEM, APPLICATION, AND PROCESS FOR EXERCISE RECOVERY
Systems and processes for recommending a recovery routine are described. In various embodiments, an online or mobile application can receive activity data from a user and provide recommended recovery routines based thereon. The activity data can be received from a wearable activity tracker device and/or a smart fitness machine. The application can recommend that the recovery activity be performed using a smart recovery device (e.g., a percussive massage device). In certain instances, data from the recovery activity can also be communicated to the application and compared against an optimal recovery routine.
