A massager providing massaging frequencies in the range of 75 to 250 hertz, and preferably 100 to 200 Hertz is provided. The massager includes a motor for generating rotational motion, an applicator head having multiple treatment surfaces, and a shaft attached to the motor and applicator head for translating the rotational motion to the applicator head. The massager also includes a restraining mechanism attached to the applicator head. The restraining mechanism is configured to prevent the applicator head from rotating, thereby generating a circular motion in each of the treatment surface. The circular motion has diameters in a range of 0.1 mm to 5 mm and a preferred frequency of 100-200 completed circular movements per second.

USER INTERFACE FOR HOSPITAL BED

A user module for a patient support apparatus is provided. The user module has a user interface operably coupled thereto. The user interface includes an input device and an output device. The output device includes a visual display including textual and non-textual elements. The non-textual elements include enhanced, graphical, and animated portions relating to one or more operational features of the patient support or to a person positionable on the patient support. The input device includes one or more touch sensors corresponding to defined regions of the visual display.

Massage apparatus, systems and methods

A massage system includes a massage head configured to contact a treatment region of a patient during a massage treatment procedure, a body having a handle, a connector having a first end and a second end, wherein the first end is releasable secured to the body and the second end is coupled to the massage head, a motor positioned within the body and configured to drive movement of the massage head relative to the body, and a platform configured to be placed against the patient during a massage treatment procedure. The platform defines an opening. The platform is positioned so that the massage head extends at least partially through the opening during movement of the massage head relative to the body, and the platform surrounds the massage head in at least one dimension during movement of the massage head relative to the body.

Chair-Type Massage Machine

A chair-type massage machine includes a base member, a slide member slidable with respect to the base member in a first direction and in the direction opposite to it, and an arm treatment portion rotatably fitted to the slide member at an end part of it in the first direction.

CERVICAL-CURVATURE AUTOCORRECT APPARATUS AND METHODS INCORPORATING THE APPARATUS

An apparatus for manipulating (in one alternative correcting) the cervical curvature of a user, the apparatus having a top, a bottom, a first end, a second end, a first side and a second side, wherein: proximate the top, a thoracic section for receiving the upper back region of a user, preferably for receiving the thoracic region of the user; proximate the top, a cervical section for receiving the cervical curve region of the user; the cervical section is movable with a traction path in at least one of the following planes vertical, horizontal and combinations thereof; in one alternative, the cervical section is movable in an arc-like motion along the vertical plane.

METHOD FOR TRANSMITTING AND RECEIVING DATA CHANNEL IN COMMUNICATION SYSTEM AND APPARATUS FOR THE SAME

Disclosed are methods and apparatuses for transmitting and receiving data channels in a communication system. An operation method of a terminal in a communication system may comprise receiving, from a base station, resource allocation information of a plurality of physical uplink shared channels (PUSCHs) used for repetitive transmission of a same transport block (TB); identifying a position of each of the plurality of PUSCHs in a time domain based on the resource allocation information; and repeatedly transmitting the same TB to the base station at the position of each of the plurality of PUSCHs. Therefore, performance of the communication system can be improved.
