Flexible end effectors with an aperture
12064388 · 2024-08-20 · ·

Systems, apparatuses, and methods for end effectors having an aperture are disclosed. An end effector may be driven by a reciprocating driver that drives the end effector in a reciprocating manner. The end effector may have an aperture therethrough and may be formed from a flexible high rebound material. When driven, the end effector may transfer energy from the reciprocating driver to a target treatment area on a recipient for therapeutic purposes. Energy may pass from the reciprocating driver and be temporarily stored within the end effector before being released and imparted to the target treatment area. The end effector may contract about the aperture and rebound to deliver the energy.

A percussive therapy system includes a percussive therapy device that includes a housing, an electrical source, a motor positioned in the housing, a switch for activating the motor, a push rod assembly operatively connected to the motor and configured to reciprocate in response to activation of the motor, and an attachment configured to be operatively connected to a distal end of the push rod assembly of the percussive massage device and to provide at least one therapeutic effect to a user. The attachment may include at least one of an actuator configured to provide the at least one therapeutic effect to the user and a sensor configured to obtain at least one of biometric data of the user and information regarding operation of the percussive therapy device.

MASSAGE GUN AND MASSAGE GUN EXTENSION ARM
20240269034 · 2024-08-15 ·

A massage gun and a massage gun extension arm having a handle end that can extend through a first bend and further extend to terminate at an attachment end. Various attachment mechanisms may be used to connect the massage gun extension arm to the massage gun, or to a separate massage tool. The massage gun extension arm can include a telescoping adjustment along the portion between the bend and the handle end, or between the bend and the attachment end. In some embodiments, the arm, between the bend and the handle end, can include a disconnection, the disconnection being in the form of a pivoting bend or in a complete disconnection of parts. This disconnection allows for ease of transport, with the massage gun extension arm stored and carried in a relatively small footprint.

Neuromodulation for treatment of retinal, choroidal and optic nerve disorders and/or dysregulated reduced ocular blood flow (OBF)
12059385 · 2024-08-13 ·

A method and/or device for treatment of dysregulated reduced blood (e.g., reduced ocular blood flow) and, more particularly, but not exclusively, to methods and/or devices for treatment retinal, choroidal and optic nerve disorders. The treatment includes application of an effective amount of ONS ophthalmic nerve stimulation alone and/or in combination with peri-ocular administration of substance Neuropeptides/Platelet Rich Plasma (N/PRP) and/or ascorbic acid as a sympatholytic agent.

REAL TIME ADJUSTABLE AMPLITUDE AND ADJUSTABLE FREQUENCY PERCUSSIVE THERAPY DEVICE
20240261176 · 2024-08-08 ·

An electronic device for percussive massage therapy is described. The device includes a reciprocating member configured to move at any number of different amplitudes and frequencies. In one example of the device of the present invention, the device is configured with a number of gears including a planetary gear, a ring gear, and a positioning gear, which permit amplitude to be varied between a great number of amplitudes within a predetermined range. The user may adjust frequency and amplitude of the reciprocating member in real time. The reciprocating member may be adapted to vibrate to permit vibration therapy in addition to percussive therapy. In another example of the device of the present invention, a threaded stroke adjustment apparatus is positioned at the front of the device. The threaded stroke adjustment apparatus may be rotated in a first direction to increase stroke, and may be rotated in a second direction to decrease stroke.

Sexual stimulation device using light therapy, vibration and physiological feedback
