Home cardboard shredder
A cardboard shredder provides a shredder for cardboard to facilitate recycling while reducing storage space needed before cardboard enters a recycling stream cutting out the middle man, thus the recycler receives uncontaminated cardboard since it is not mixed in with other materials. The manufacturer receives clean shredded cardboard for reuse, reducing headcount for the plant by reducing and eliminating their shredders being jammed with plastic. Thus, an improvement in efficiency and reduction in costs of material and water.
Cooled motor for a paper shredder
A paper shredder motor cooling assembly having a paper shredder motor coupled to a fan shaft, an enclosure surrounding the paper shredder motor and having selected input and selected output vents to control airflow to the paper shredder motor, a fan coupled to the fan shaft, communicating with the selected input vents or the selected output vents; when the paper shredder motor is operating, the rotor shaft turns the fan to generate a differential air pressure between the selected input vents and the selected output vents, removing heat from the motor. A duty cycle of greater than 15 minutes is obtained. The fan can be coupled to the motor by speed increasing gearing, attached to the cutter blade assembly, such that the fan turns faster than the motor. The fan also can be attached to the motor shaft. An input fan and an output fan can be used.
Automatic paper shredder
An automatic paper shredder includes a shredder cover, a paper holding box, a shell, a paper holding plate, a paper holding plate inlet, a paper shredding component, a drive motor, a paper pressing plate, a paper pick-up component, and a waste paper bin. The paper pressing effect is improved through a spliced paper pressing plate, and the paper pick-up effect is improved through a damping plate, a soft rubber piece, and a convex rib, and thus, efficiency is improved. The automatic paper shredder has the characteristics of being highly automated, convenient to use, safe, reliable, structurally simple and cost-effective.
Paper shredder with paper limiter
A paper shredder has a paper tray, a paper inlet, a shredder cover, a paper pressing plate, paper pick-up rollers, a shredder cutter shaft, a motor, a wastepaper barrel, and a paper limiter. The paper tray carries a stack of to-be-shredded paper. The paper inlet guides to-be-shredded paper. The shredder cover end is connected to the shredder body by a rotary shaft, closing or opening the shredder body. The paper pressing pl presses the stack in the paper tray. The paper pick-up rollers are on one side of the paper inlet, feeding the paper tray stack into the paper inlet. The shredder cutter shaft shreds the to-be-shredded paper. The motor drives the shredder cutter shaft to operate. The wastepaper barrel is located below the paper inlet to collect shredded paper. The paper limiter is limits one of a thickness or a length of the stack placed in the paper tray.
Interchangeable cartridge-based paper shredder system
A paper shredder is configured like a conventional paper shredder except that the shredding mechanism is located in a removable cartridge. This allows a single paper shredder housing to be rapidly converted from one shredding pattern to another by simply changing the shredding cartridge. Furthermore, shredding cartridges can be readily replaced whenever the shredding mechanism jams or fails in some other manner. This simplifies repair and servicing of the paper shredder.
Portable rolling shredder unit
A portable shredder unit includes a lightweight housing with an interior cavity divided into a battery storage cavity and a collection cavity, said housing includes a top opening, two opposite ends, two opposite side walls, and a floor; a removable lid attached to said top opening on said housing; a high capacity electric shredder component configured to shred paper, said shredder component includes at least one feeding slot opening, an electric shredding mechanism, and electric motor and an exit discharge opening said shredder component being oriented on said lid so that said feeding slot opening is exposed when the lid is placed over the top opening of said housing and said exit discharge opening is oriented above and over said collection cavity in said housing so that shredded material exiting the exit discharge opening is deposited into said collection cavity; at least one pair of wheels attached to said housing near one said end; a handle attached to said housing; a GFCI receptacle having a ground wire; a 110 VAC main cable with a male electrical plug attached to one end configured to manually plug into an external 110 VAC female plug, and an opposite end being connected to said GFCI receptacle; at least one 12 VDC rechargeable battery located inside said battery storage cavity; an inverter configured to convert 12 VDC into 110 VAC, said inverter connected to said rechargeable battery to convert 12 VDC current into 110 VAC, said inverter; a control panel or set of switches electrically connected to said shredder, to said inverter and to said GFCI receptacle, said control panel or set of switches are configured to allow an operator to select the source of electricity either from said GFCI receptacle when said main cable is connected to an external 110 VAC female plug or from said inverter when connected to said rechargeable battery; and a ground roller ball attached to the floor of the housing and configured to contact a surface under the housing when the portable shredding unit is placed onto the surface said ground roller ball electrically connected to the ground wire of said GFCI receptacle.
Lottery ticket destroying device
A lottery ticket destroying device includes a housing, roller cutters mounted in the housing, a transmission gear set mounted on one side of the housing, a motor mounted on one side of the housing for rotating the transmission gear set to drive the roller cutters to cut lottery tickets into pieces. Each roller cutter has a plurality of helical shear grooves recessed into the roller cutter surface thereof. Each helical shear groove has a groove bottom surface, a vertical shear surface located on one side of the groove bottom surface and connected to the roller cutter surface and a chip-discharge sloping surface located on an opposite side of the groove bottom surface and connected to the roller cutter surface. Moreover, one end of the shaft of one of the roller cutters is combined with an elastic member to prevent the two roller cutters from being stuck.
AUTOMATIC PAPER SHREDDER WITH STAPLE REMOVING STRUCTURE AND STAPLE REMOVING METHOD USING SAME
An automatic paper shredder with a staple removing structure and a staple removing method using the same. The automatic paper shredder includes a shredder cover, a paper holding box, a shell, a paper holding plate, a paper inlet, a paper shredding component, a drive motor, a paper pick-up component, a paper pressing plate, a straight through-hole, a waste paper bin and a staple removing component. The automatic paper shredder removes a staple (or clip) on a stack of paper through cooperation with a paper shredding structure. Paper can be automatically picked up in batches. Meanwhile, damage caused by staples to the whole shredder is prevented, and thus, the whole shredder is protected in use and has a longer service life.
