Dual-shaft shredder with interchangeable cutting blade set and releasable shaft ends
A dual-shaft shredder for comminuting solids or solids in liquids comprises a housing defining an interior comminuting space, an inlet opening, an outlet opening, and a first and second cutting disc block each having a plurality of cutting discs disposed on a hub body such that an intermediate space is present between each two adjacent cutting discs. Some of the first cutting discs each engage in the intermediate space between two adjacent second cutting discs and some of the second cutting discs each engage in the intermediate space between two adjacent first cutting discs. A first shaft stub and a second shaft stub extend into an axial recess of the first and second cutting disc blocks for transmitting torques, and a first clamping device and a second clamping device clamp the shaft stubs against the cutting disc blocks.
SYSTEMS AND METHODS FOR CANNABIS WASTE DISPOSAL
Systems and methods for rendering cannabis-related waste materials are provided. The method may include inserting a plurality of cannabis-related waste materials into, for example, a mobile rendering vehicle. The method may further include physically altering the cannabis-related waste materials such that the cannabis-related waste materials are unrecognizable and unusable. The insertion of the cannabis-related waste materials into the mobile rendering vehicle may be recorded and/or the physical alteration (e.g., pulverization) of the cannabis-related waste materials may be recorded via one or more cameras disposed on the mobile rendering vehicle to verify proper insertion and/or alteration of the cannabis-related waste materials.
SYSTEM AND METHOD FOR ENABLING WASTE DISPOSER WITH PERMANENT MAGNET MOTOR TO BE COUPLED TO ALTERNATIVE ELECTRIC POWER SOURCES
Food waste disposer systems and related systems for coupling food waste disposer systems having permanent magnet (PM) motors to electrical power sources, and related coupling and configuration methods, are disclosed herein. In at least one example embodiment, a food waste disposer system includes a PM motor, an AC-to-DC converter having AC input and DC output ports, a housing, a power cord connection structure supported at least indirectly upon the housing, an adapter, and a power cord including a first plug configured to be coupled to the connection structure. The disposer system can be selectively implemented either in a first installation environment including a wall outlet by way of coupling the first plug to the connection structure, or in a second installation environment including a hardwired power cable by coupling additional lead wires of the hardwired power cable to the adapter and further coupling the adapter to the connection structure.
Mobile trash compactor and pulverizer
A mobile trash compactor and pulverizer with a light weight compaction roller. The compaction roller has support discs in which a main shaft is supported and between which is mounted an over shaft concentric with the main shaft. An inner drum is mounted on the over shaft and flanking outer drums are mounted on the main shaft with drum support rings. A disc wheel mounted on a disc support ring caps the ends of the main shaft. A reversible drive is attached to the main shaft and another independent reversible drive is attached to the over shaft. The support discs, drum support rings and disc support rings have a rim, spokes and a hub with apertures between the spokes that facilitate maintenance.
CENTRALIZED TREATMENT DEVICES FOR KITCHEN WASTE
The embodiments of the present disclosure provide a centralized treatment device for kitchen waste. The centralized treatment device includes an upper box, an outer cover, a pulverizer, an inner cover, a filter press, a drying granulator, a lower box, an electrolysis device, a hanging basket, a material box, an exhaust fan, and a linkage mechanism. Smashed kitchen waste is subjected to solid-liquid separation by the filter press. Filter residues enter the drying granulator to be partially carbonized, and partially carbonized filter residues and mixed powder treatment agent form solid residue particles. The solid residue particles degrade and adsorb pollutants in the water after being activated by an acidic solution. Meanwhile, accumulated water-absorbing solid residue particles help to degrade the pollutants in the water through the electrolysis device. A separation area is configured to separate oil and discharge the oil separately.
Special improvement package to heavy duty grinders for processing thick wastes and slick wipes in commercial and residential applications and use called a Gorilla Grinder
An improvement kit for heavy duty grinders to process thick wastes in commercial and residential applications made of a two directional cutter having a two-blade cutter edge, a multi aperture die cup, a shaft for pump with an anti-rotational feature, a mimicking component for mimicking three phase drive to a motor stator on the pump, a control board/panel and circuitry and wiring to interconnect the components and a stator winding that allows the kit to provide a grinding solution for contamination including common household trash, a contraband material used in methamphetamine and opioid addictions, a fibrous product including wet wipes with nylon products, and heavy materials that can cause a typical grinding system to be “jetted” which requires continual maintenance and costly repairs.
GARBAGE DISPOSAL WITH DOOR AND SWITCH ASSEMBLY
A garbage disposal assembly includes a garbage disposal and switch assembly. Each may be independent of the other in operation. The disposal assembly includes a housing with an opening for passage of particulates into an interior volume. A motor is located within the housing. A flywheel and impellers break up the particulates. An access door permits access into the interior volume separate from that of the opening at the sink. The switch assembly has a switch housing with a dial and a switch. Power to the switch is regulated by the dial which pulses a single amount of power through the switch when the switch is activated. The switch rests in a neutral position allowing a single contact by a user to activate and deactivate an electronic device coupled to the switch assembly.
Chopper pump with double-edged cutting bars
An impeller assembly with an impeller and a cutter bar plate is used in a chopper pump system which handles liquid material sometimes entrained with large debris and stringy matter. The debris and matter present clogging hazards, which are reduced by a combination of scissoring between sharpened impeller blades and shearing fingers, and between cutting wings and shearing fingers. To make the cutting feature more aggressive, sharpened edges along two of the scissoring edges of the shearing fingers are utilized. Preferably, the sharpened edges are either the result of machined v-notches on the cutting surface of the shearing fingers or of a casted part having a cupped surface. Generally speaking, the impeller assembly comprises an impeller attached to a rotatable pump shaft and includes a back shroud.
