Portable electric and hand operated herb grinder
A portable grinder for herb or vegetative material comprises a top section having a motor and disc with a plurality of top grinding knives protruding downward, a middle section having a plurality of bottom grinding knives protruding upward and a plurality of apertures, and a bottom section. In one embodiment, ground material is discharged through apertures in the middle section, where the size is regulated by a screen, and/or is retained in the middle section until the top section is removed. In a further embodiment, the grinder may be operated electrically or manually.

Device For Dispersing A Water-Soluble Polymer
A device for dispersing a water-soluble polymer includes a primary water inlet circuit that feeds an overflow, at the bottom end of the cone, an assembly including a chamber for grinding and draining the dispersed polymer, having a rotor driven by a motor provided with knives, a stator, over all or part of the periphery of the chamber, a ring fed by a secondary water circuit, the ring communicating with the chamber by way of slots for spraying pressurized water onto the stator The slots of the stator and/or the knives of the rotor are tilted at an angle of between 20 and 80 relative to the horizontal plane of the stator and the lateral face of the blade next to the stator is curved in such a way as to make the distance separating the two components substantially constant.

Material processing machines and methods of use
Machines and methods adapted to process, for example, to reduce the size of, disperse, or homogenize, a variety of materials and compositions. Such methods and machines are capable of reducing the size of a material and dispersing the material in a liquid by cutting the material with knives located along a perimeter of an annular-shaped cutting head, causing the cut material to flow radially outward from the cutting head through gaps between the knives, and flowing a liquid through passages in the cutting head that cause the liquid to cascade around the knives of the cutting head in an axial direction of the cutting head.

Convertible recycling apparatus for synthetic resin materials
An apparatus for recycling synthetic thermoplastic waste material combining heretofore multiple stage processing steps in a single stage shredder grinder pulverizer device. The apparatus has multiple interchangeable material processing blade sets on respective effacing engageable rotating and fixed blade mounts within a cooled material infeed and blade containment enclosure with multiple vacuum outlet ports and communicating vacuum ducts to draw off and transport processed material therefrom for separation and classification, as required. Each replaceable interchangeable processing blade set includes registerable shredding and grinding blades and annular pulverizing blade sets on fixed and movable mediums for progressive processing of waste material into uniform recyclable material.
Disc chipper for crushing lumpy feed material, particularly wood
A disc chipper for crushing lumpy feed material. The disc chipper has a crushing rotor driven by a drive unit, rotating about an axle, including a rotor shaft and a chipping disc connected in a rotationally fixed manner with the rotor shaft. The chipper disc includes chipping knives, which are transversely aligned in the disc plane to the rotational direction and which cooperate with stationary counter knives for the comminution of the feed material. The drive unit include a primary drive and a secondary drive, which drive the crushing rotor via a transmission, wherein the primary drive is in active operative connection with the crushing rotor during the crushing operation, and the secondary drive during the acceleration process or when readjusting the crushing rotor for purposes of maintenance and repair.
Apparatus for shredding of waste
The present disclosure provides an apparatus for shredding a pre-defined amount of waste. The apparatus includes a main frame positioned to provide support to the apparatus. Further, the apparatus includes a rotating core to shred, masticate and grind the pre-defined amount of waste. Furthermore, the apparatus includes a body mechanically linked to the main frame through a linkage plate. Moreover, the apparatus includes a hopper mounted vertically on the body. Further, the apparatus includes a first set of mash double row ball bearings symmetrically positioned near the first distal end of the main shaft. In addition, the apparatus includes a second set of mash double row ball bearings symmetrically positioned near the second distal end of the main shaft.
