The present disclosure provides an apparatus for shredding a pre-defined amount of waste. The apparatus includes a main frame positioned to provide support to the apparatus. Further, the apparatus includes a rotating core to shred, masticate and grind the pre-defined amount of waste. Furthermore, the apparatus includes a body mechanically linked to the main frame through a linkage plate. Moreover, the apparatus includes a hopper mounted vertically on the body. Further, the apparatus includes a first set of mash double row ball bearings symmetrically positioned near the first distal end of the main shaft. In addition, the apparatus includes a second set of mash double row ball bearings symmetrically positioned near the second distal end of the main shaft.

A comminution device comprises a plurality of first cutting elements having first serrated cutting edges disposed on a first circular path; a second cutting element having a second serrated cutting edge corresponding to the first serrated cutting edges for cutting through cutting material, the second cutting element being displaceable about an axis of rotation on a second circular path concentric with the first circular path. The second serrated cutting edge comprises a plurality of jags and each jag comprises a radially inner flank and a radially outer flank, each at an angle to the axis of rotation. A drive rotationally drives the second cutting element about the axis of rotation and an adjustment mechanism by which the plurality of first cutting elements and the second cutting element are displaceable relative to each other axially in the direction of the axis of rotation, that a cutting gap between them is adjustable.

A electronic grinder includes a base and a cup, the cup defining a pulverization chamber. A drive shaft connected to an electric motor terminates inside the pulverization chamber at a blade group. The blade group is magnetically removable from the end of the drive shaft for easy cleaning and replacement. The end of the cup opposite from the base in includes a fixed ring and a moveable cap that rotates or swivels about a pin connecting the two components for easy access to the contents of the pulverization chamber. The electric motor is controlled by a microcontroller operable by a power button and a control button. An inductive switch configured as a triggering member is disposed between the base and cup to detect whether the two components are connected in order to prevent inadvertent use of the grinder.

The aim of the invention is to improve the sealing of a device for grinding or milling material to be ground. To this end, the invention relates to a device (1) and to the method for sealing particularly such a device (1). According to the invention, the seal (10) of the device (1) comprises the sealing ring (11) which radially surrounds the drive shaft (6) and the cutting ring (12) arranged between the sealing ring (11) and the tool (5). In order to produce the seal (10), the cutting ring (12) is set into the sealing ring (11) and positioned in the annular slit (14) created by this action, said cutting ring being connected to the tool (5) and/or the drive shaft (6) such that the passage (7) is sealed.
Shredder for comminuting bulk material
A shredder includes a shredder box and a shredder rotor positioned within an interior of the shredder box. The shredder rotor is rotatable about a rotor axis and has a plurality of rotor teeth. An access door is pivotally moveable between an open position and a closed position, the access door defining a side wall of the shredder box when in the closed position. A shredder comb is positioned at an interior side of the access door and includes a plurality of shredder comb teeth. When the access door is in the closed position, the shredder comb is positioned at a shredding location to intermesh with the plurality of rotor teeth for shredding material input to the shredder box. The plurality of shredder comb teeth are removable and reversible for use in two orientations.

A food waste disposer includes a housing, a grinding device detachably mounted inside the housing to grind food waste, and a storage device disposed below the grinding device to store the ground food waste, the grinding device includes a grinding case in which the food waste is ground, and having a discharge portion and openable to transfer the food waste to the storage device, a valve assembly configured to open or close the discharge portion and to be separable to the outside of the housing together with the grinding case, a first grinder rotatably mounted inside the grinding case, and having a grinding blade, a second grinder including a grinding blade to mutually grind the food waste with the grinding blade of the first grinder and a transfer blade below the first grinder and the second grinder to transfer the ground food waste to the discharge portion.

A food processor may include: a base; a container including an accommodation tub installed on an upper surface of the base and accommodating a processing target, a handle support part laterally protruding from a side surface of the accommodation tub, and a handle extending upwards or downwards from the handle support part; a lower enclosure installed on the upper surface of the base to surround a lower portion of the accommodation tub; and an upper enclosure positioned in a coupled state and a released state with respect to the lower enclosure and cooperatively supporting the handle support part together with the lower enclosure to suppress shaking of the container.
