Meat Grinder with Storage Tray and Cover
A food grinder comprises a base housing a motor, a throat portion coupled to the base, a receiving tube coupled to the throat, a feeding tray coupled to an upper end of the receiving tube, a selectively rotatable auger selectively insertable into and removable from the throat portion, and a storage tray sized and shaped to be selectively insertable into and removable from the feeding tray. The storage tray comprises a main body having a plurality of depressions formed in a top surface thereof. Each depression is sized and shaped to hold one or more accessories for use with the food grinder.
SEPARATOR FOR A FOOD-PRODUCT GRINDING MACHINE WITH METERING AUGER
A grinding machine for grinding food-products, such as meat or the like, includes an orifice plate at the outlet of a grinding head. The orifice plate has collection passages that discharge a mixture of soft material and hard material through the orifice plate. A separator assembly, including a separator screw, separation chamber, metering auger, and metering cone, is located downstream of the orifice plate for separating the soft material from the hard material. The metering auger is fixedly coupled to a distal end of the separator screw and has a reduced diameter relative to the separator screw. The metering auger advances in a downstream direction the hard material of the mixture of soft material and hard material. The metering cone includes an internal conical portion and a metering passageway formed therein, where the metering auger is in communication with the metering passageway, and where a selected diameter of the metering auger defines an amount of the hard material that is advanced in the downstream direction through the metering passageway toward a discharge end.
SEPARATOR FOR A FOOD-PRODUCT GRINDING MACHINE WITH RING ADJUSTMENT
A grinding machine for grinding food-products, such as meat or the like, includes an orifice plate at the outlet of a grinding head. The orifice plate has collection passages that discharge a mixture of soft material and hard material through the orifice plate. A separator assembly, including a separator screw and separation chamber, is located downstream of the orifice plate for separating the soft material from the hard material. A ring adjustment assembly includes a ring valve having an internal conical portion in communication with a nose portion of the separator screw, and a ring valve carrier configured to reciprocally displace the ring valve in an axial direction relative to the separator screw so as to vary a gap between the nose portion of the separator screw and the internal conical portion of the ring valve. Adjustment of the gap distance determines an amount of the hard material that is passed toward the discharge outlet.
Method and an apparatus for grinding meat
A method to grind meat in a grinder, includes: providing the meat to the grinder via a hopper where the hopper includes a feeder worm for feeding the meat to a process unit. The process unit has a rotating processing worm and a cutting set. The rotating processing worm can receive the meat from the feeder worm and convey it to the cutting set, which grinds the meat. The method involves automatically adjusting the revolutions per minute of the rotating processing worm in response to a pressure creation in the process unit.
Food processor
A food processor includes a tubular member, and a spindle inserted into the tubular member and including a guide entry section, a crushing section, a grinding section, an extension section, a guide exit section, a guide thread helically wound around the guide entry section, a crushing thread helically wound around the crushing section, and a plurality of spaced-apart grinding threads helically extending from the grinding section to the guide exit section. The guide thread has first and second ring segments each helically extending one revolution around the guide entry section. The first ring segment has a thread depth smaller than that of the second ring segment.
IMPROVED METAL SURFACES ANTI-RUB APPARATUS
Apparatus for the anti-rub of metal surfaces involved in the process for processing vegetables, flours and preferably for processing animal meat for producing sausages, including, in sequence along the axis (100), an actuation shaft (200), a loading hopper (70), at least one auger (1) adapted to transport the animal meat to be processed; at least one first knife (11), preferably a plurality of knives (11), rotary and arranged at the outlet of the meat from the auger (1); at least one first fixed drawing disc (3), the first disc (3) having a plurality of holes and having the actuation shaft (200) at least one cylindrical projection (300), arranged along the actuation shaft (200), provided with at least one circular bearing (40), preferably a pair of circular bearings (40) adapted to stabilize and reduce the forces acting on the actuation shaft (200).
Emulsification system
An emulsion system is provided. The system includes a shaft that supports a plurality of cutting assemblies and screens in alternating order, wherein the cutting assembly rotates with respect to an in close proximity to the screen. The cutting assemblies include a plurality of cutting elements that extend radially outward from a hub and are positioned at consistent radial spacing along the perimeter of the hub. Each cutting element includes front and back edges that cut food particles in conjunction with holes within the screen, wherein the front and back edges are substantially perpendicular.
