The storage tray comprises a main body having a plurality of depressions formed in a top surface thereof. Each depression is sized and shaped to hold one or more accessories for use with the food grinder.

Meat Grinder With Funneled Feed Chute

A meat grinder includes: a housing; a drive unit mounted in the housing, the drive unit including a motor; a screw conveyor comprising a barrel fixed relative to the housing, and an auger located within the barrel and operatively connected with the motor; a hollow feed chute having upper and lower ends, the lower end mounted on and configured to feed into the barrel; and a feed tray mounted on the upper end of the feed chute, the feed tray including an opening in communication with the upper end of the feed chute. The feed chute includes an inlet section of a first inner diameter that includes the upper end, a feed section of a second inner diameter that includes the lower end, the second diameter being less than the first diameter, and a funneled section between the inlet section and the feed section.

SEPARATOR FOR A FOOD-PRODUCT GRINDING MACHINE WITH METERING AUGER

A grinding machine for grinding food-products, such as meat or the like, includes an orifice plate at the outlet of a grinding head. The orifice plate has collection passages that discharge a mixture of soft material and hard material through the orifice plate. A separator assembly, including a separator screw, separation chamber, metering auger, and metering cone, is located downstream of the orifice plate for separating the soft material from the hard material. The metering auger is fixedly coupled to a distal end of the separator screw and has a reduced diameter relative to the separator screw. The metering auger advances in a downstream direction the hard material of the mixture of soft material and hard material. The metering cone includes an internal conical portion and a metering passageway formed therein, where the metering auger is in communication with the metering passageway, and where a selected diameter of the metering auger defines an amount of the hard material that is advanced in the downstream direction through the metering passageway toward a discharge end.

SEPARATOR FOR A FOOD-PRODUCT GRINDING MACHINE WITH RING ADJUSTMENT

A grinding machine for grinding food-products, such as meat or the like, includes an orifice plate at the outlet of a grinding head. The orifice plate has collection passages that discharge a mixture of soft material and hard material through the orifice plate. A separator assembly, including a separator screw and separation chamber, is located downstream of the orifice plate for separating the soft material from the hard material. A ring adjustment assembly includes a ring valve having an internal conical portion in communication with a nose portion of the separator screw, and a ring valve carrier configured to reciprocally displace the ring valve in an axial direction relative to the separator screw so as to vary a gap between the nose portion of the separator screw and the internal conical portion of the ring valve. Adjustment of the gap distance determines an amount of the hard material that is passed toward the discharge outlet.

A method to grind meat in a grinder, includes: providing the meat to the grinder via a hopper where the hopper includes a feeder worm for feeding the meat to a process unit. The process unit has a rotating processing worm and a cutting set. The rotating processing worm can receive the meat from the feeder worm and convey it to the cutting set, which grinds the meat. The method involves automatically adjusting the revolutions per minute of the rotating processing worm in response to a pressure creation in the process unit.

System and method for grinding a food product

A system includes a food dispenser, a cooking surface, and an arm assembly. The arm assembly is configured to receive a food product from the food dispenser and transport the food product to the cooking surface. The arm assembly includes an arm portion, an actuator, a cylinder, and a piston. The actuator drives rotation of the arm portion about a first rotational axis. The cylinder is attached to the arm portion and is rotatable relative to the arm portion about a second rotational axis. The piston is axially movable within the cylinder. The piston includes multiple stages. At least one of the stages is movable axially relative to another of the stages between a first position and a second position.

MINCER

A mincer includes a container, a cover body and a flipping cover. The container is provided with a cavity for accommodating an object and an opening communicated with the cavity; the cover body is detachably installed on the container to seal the opening and provided with a feeding port communicated with the cavity; and the flipping cover is hinged with the cover body and rotated to cover or expose the feeding port. In the present invention, when the materials need to be added for the second time, the flipping cover is turned over to expose the feeding port. The materials are added for the second time into the container through the feeding port, and then the flipping cover is turned over again, so that the flipping cover covers the feeding port.

Mincing machine

A meat grinder having a screw conveyor, a blade journal mounted on the screw conveyor in a rotationally fixed manner, and a cutting set. The cutting set includes a perforated disc which is supported in a stationary manner on the meat grinder housing and a blade which is mounted in a rotationally fixed manner on a supporting portion of a blade journal. The blade journal is inserted in a bearing bore of the screw conveyor. An insertion end of the blade journal protrudes from the supporting portion in a radial direction, and a stop surface is located between the insertion end and a circumferential side of the supporting portion. A fastening ring is pushed over the supporting portion of the blade journal to the stop surface and can be connected to the screw conveyor, thereby achieving a detachable connection of the blade journal with the screw conveyor.

APPARATUS FOR MINCING A PRODUCT TO BE MINCED

An apparatus for mincing a product to be minced, particularly for the meat-processing industry, includes at least one fixed perforated plate (7) and a cutting element (10, 25) rotating in front of said perforated plate and connected for conjoint rotation to a shaft (6), which are accommodated in a cutting housing (2), a retaining finger ring (9), which is axially displaceable in the direction of the shaft (6), and arranged between the cutting housing (2), the fixed perforated plate (7) and the rotating cutting element (10, 25).
