An apparatus allows a method for encouraging tissue growth in the penis and strengthening male urinary continence. An activation module encompassing a vacuum chamber is operatively connected with a vacuum pump and a vibration motor. A control module directs the operations of the vacuum pump and vibration module such that vacuum and vibration are applied to a user's penis in the vacuum chamber. Proper order of application of intervals of vacuum and vibration over multiple cycles characterizes performing the methods of the invention. Applying appropriate levels of vacuum and vibration over cycles and intervals within cycles also characterizes the invention.

Further, a second pump of the pumps is configured for drawing a second amount of the air from the interior cavity and blowing a third amount of the air in the interior cavity. Further, the actuators are configured for actuating the pumps. Further, the valve is configured for allowing entering and exiting of an amount of the air from the interior cavity through the valve.

MASSAGE CHAIR ASSEMBLIES WITH AIR CELL APPARATUSES AND METHODS FOR PROVIDING THE SAME
This disclosure relates to improved massage chairs that include air cell apparatuses. A massage chair can include at least one air cell apparatus, which can be integrated into a shoulder portion, leg rest portion, arm portion, and/or other portion of the massage chair. An inflatable air bladder can be connected to each air cell apparatus. Each air cell apparatus can transition between a retracted position and an extended position. The air cell bladder can be configured to inflate when the air cell apparatus is in the extended position, thereby securing an individual to the massage chair. Various assemblies can be used to transition the air cell apparatus between the retracted and extended positions. Other embodiments are disclosed.

The system has an accessory control module, comprising computer-executable code stored in non-volatile memory, a processor, a user device of a human viewer, a viewer accessory configured to communicate with the user device, the viewer accessory including a first motor or a first heater, a model device of a human model, and a model accessory configured to communicate with the model device, the model accessory including a second motor or a second heater. The accessory control module, the processor, the user device, the viewer accessory, the model device, and the model accessory are configured to provide a chat communication application between the human viewer and the human model configured to provide chat between the human viewer via the user device and the human model via the model device.
Apparatus and methods for phototherapy
There is provided a phototherapy apparatus, in which the therapeutic light is delivered through one or more massage components. The massage component provides mechanical massage to the subject biological tissue and modifies the properties of the subject tissue in thickness, density, etc. to facilitate the absorption of the therapeutic light and enhance the effect of the phototherapy procedure. The light source of the phototherapy apparatus is actively cooled by a synthetic jet cooler.
