Ear pumps
A manual ear pump including one or more of a support element configured to releasably engage an external ear canal and having an interior chamber, a resilient element capable of being resiliently deformed coupled to a support element, and an aperture disposed on a support element bottom surface communicating with the external ear canal and interior chamber.
EXTERNAL EAR CANAL PRESSURE REGULATION SYSTEM
An external ear canal pressure regulation device including a fluid flow generator and an earpiece having a first axial earpiece conduit fluidicly coupled to the fluid flow generator, whereby the earpiece has a compliant earpiece external surface configured to sealably engage an external ear canal as a barrier between an external ear canal pressure and an ambient pressure.
EXTERNAL EAR CANAL PRESSURE REGULATION SYSTEM

CARE INSTRUMENT
The present technical solution pertains to the technical field of face and body care, and in particular relates to a care instrument. In the care instrument of the present technical solution, through arranging one or more driving components, each corresponding to a storage container stored with a care product which can be used for caring or adding aroma for the user, each driving component takes out the care product from the corresponding storage container and transports it to the surface of the housing through one or more outlets. In this way, the user can use care products to care while using the care instrument. In addition, the control component controls the driving components to deliver the care products to the surface of the housing in a timed and quantitative manner, so as to realize the precise delivery of the care products. In addition, when the massage component is operated in synchronization with the driving components, the care products transported to the surface of the housing can be further uniformly dispersed by the massage component for easier application to the face or the body, thereby effectively improving the user experience.
Equipment to elicit frissons or aesthetic chills, through the multisensorial and multimodal stimulation; with the objective of relieving chronic pains and the method to use it
Equipment for self-care of patients with chronic pain, through inducing, intensifying and maintaining their own frissons and where multisensory and multimodal stimuli are used to achieve it; musical, visual, aromatic and vibrotactile and cold are applied on the cutaneous surface of the spine. In addition, the method for using them through perceptual learning is presented. The equipment includes a computer and a computer system with a music and video player, lighting, presentation of aromas and a closed hydraulic circuit with a hydraulic actuator.
High frequency chest wall oscillator
The present disclosure pertains to a system configured to determine one or more parameters of chest wall oscillation therapy for a subject. The system includes a wearable garment configured to provide percussion to one or more parts of a lung of a subject. The wearable garment includes: percussion excitation elements configured to produce the percussion; and sensors configured to generate output signals conveying information related to a response of the one or more parts of the lung to the percussion. The system includes a control unit configured to determine frequency and energy density information for the sounds made by the one or more parts of the lungs caused by the percussion, the frequency and energy density information determined based on the output signals; and determine the one or more parameters of the chest wall oscillation therapy based on the frequency and energy density information.
Methods and apparatus for increasing cerebral blood flow
Methods and apparatus for increasing cerebral blood flow for improving the flow of blood to the brain during and/or following an ischaemic stroke. The apparatus includes a plurality of inflatable cuffs to be positioned, in use, around a respective limb of a patient. Once inflated, the cuffs exert a pressure upon the limb to reduce blood flow to the limb below the point at which the cuff is positioned. Reducing blood flow to the limbs causes an increase in blood flow to the brain, and will therefore improve stroke outcomes. The apparatus includes a control module for controlling inflation and deflation of each cuff. The control module detects, measures and monitors cerebral blood flow and uses these measurements to control inflation and deflation of each cuff such that cerebral blood flow is maintained above a baseline level during treatment of the patient.
RECOVERY AND WELLNESS POD APPARATUS
An apparatus for massage of a user in a reclined position, including a housing structure having a base portion with a user support surface for supporting the user in a reclined position, and a top cover portion that extends the full length of the base portion so that the user being disposed or the user support surface is disposed between the base portion and the top cover portion, a massage assembly disposed adjacent the user support surface, and a video display disposed on an inner surface of the top cover portion so that the video display is visible to the user disposed on the user support surface.
Handheld acoustic shock wave or pressure pulse application device and methods of use
A handheld acoustic shock wave or pressure pulse applicator device has a body structure and an applicator head. The body structure has a proximal end and a distal end with a longitudinal axis extending between the ends. The applicator head is at the distal end. the head emits pressure pulses or shock waves at an inclined angle relative to the longitudinal axis of the body structure. The applicator head has a balloon or lens or membrane through which the emitted pressure pulses or shock waves pass. The lens or membrane is configured to be coupled directly or indirectly to an exposed soft tissue surface of a palate inside a patient's mouth to direct emitted pressure pulses or shock waves to the brain. The applicator device can be configured with the inclined obtuse angle fixed between 150 degrees and 90 degrees or can be adjustable between 180 degrees and 90 degrees.
