MOVABLE MATERIAL PROCESSING APPARATUS COMPRISING A FOLDABLE CONVEYOR
The disclosure relates to a movable material processing apparatus for handling material such as ore, gravel, rock or the like, comprising: a foldable conveyor for discharging material from the apparatus, wherein said foldable conveyor is movable between a transport position and an operating position, said foldable conveyor comprising a loading block arranged at the loading end, and a discharge block extending from said loading block towards a discharge end, wherein said discharge block is pivotally coupled to said loading block along a first axis being perpendicular to a transport path of the foldable conveyor and parallel with a carrying surface of the foldable conveyor, and wherein said loading block is pivotally coupled to a support structure of said movable material processing apparatus along a second axis being parallel to said transport path.
Mobile bale and feed processor and method
A bale processor has a towed body that includes one or two hay bale shredders in the form of a flail drum. The bale processor is self-loading such that bales may be loaded in the processing tubs by a set of rear mounted arms and various conveyor chains. The processor also includes a grain tank, a grain metering system, and a grain cracker, all mounted in series. The grain cracker may have a choice of outputs, including back to the grain tank. The cracked grain is fed into the tub to be mixed with other feed materials, such as shredded straw, and is then discharged to the opposite side of the unit. There may be a feed chopper mounted downstream of the tub, such that the feed chopper receives both the grain material and the shredded hay feed. The feed chopper and the grain cracker operate independently, and may have different setting of size, speed, and weight or volume per minute or per unit of distance travelled. The output may have a curtain assembly to facilitate deposit in windrows.
Compact noise encapsulation for mobile processing devices
The invention concerns a mobile processing device having a material processing unit, such as a mobile crusher having a crusher unit or a mobile screen having a material screening unit. The mobile processing device comprises a power unit, a frame and a noise encapsulation for the material processing unit. The noise encapsulation is attached to the frame and comprises two cover elements, each of which is pivotable between an open position providing access to the crusher unit and a closed position wherein the cover elements can be interconnected to create an encapsulation for the material processing unit.
FEED HOPPER FOR A MATERIAL PROCESSING DEVICE
The invention relates to a feed hopper for a material processing device, in particular for a crusher (10), having two side walls (21) and a rear wall of the hopper (22), wherein the side walls (21) are directly or indirectly coupled to a machine support(12.1) in a swiveling manner and can be converted from a set-up work position to a folded-down transport position and back, wherein a feed area is formed between the side walls (21), and wherein at least one of the side walls (21) is supported relative to the machine support (12.1) in the set-up work position by means of a supporting device (30). To provide an effective securing of the side wall in the unfolded work position for such a feed hopper featuring a minimum of cost and effort in parts and assembly, provision in made in accordance with the invention for the support device (30) to have a support lever (31), which in the work position is supported directly or indirectly in relation to the machine support (12.1) by means of a detachable form-fit connection, wherein the form-fit connection prevents the side wall (21) from folding down, and in that the support lever (31) projects into the feed area in the folded-down transport position. In this way, a space-saving design is also achieved in the folded-down transport position.
Mulcher with improved cutting drum
A powered mulcher is configured for attachment to a vehicle. The mulcher includes a frame assembly and a drum assembly contained within the frame assembly. The drum assembly includes a substantially cylindrical drum and a cutting array mounted to the drum. The cutting array includes a plurality of flights connected to the drum and a plurality of cutters attached to each of the plurality of flights. The plurality of flights are configured to push processed plant debris away from the ends and middle of the drum.
Dust sealing
A cone or gyratory crusher, including a slip ring, a crusher head, and a first sealing member, arranged between the slip ring and the crusher head, defining a first space above the first sealing member. A first flexible member is connected to the first sealing member and defines a second space below the first sealing member.
MILL BOX FOR A HORIZONTAL GRINDER
A material reducing machine includes a rotary reducing drum that is rotatable about an axis of rotation and defines a reducing boundary that extends at least partially around the axis of rotation. The material reducing machine includes an infeed conveyor for transporting material to a front portion of the rotary reducing drum and defines a conveyor plane. The material reducing machine includes a mill box at least partially surrounding the rotary reducing drum and including a mill box lid mounted generally above the rotary reducing drum. The mill box lid has an inlet edge positioned above a rear portion of the rotary reducing drum and an outlet edge positioned above the front portion of the rotary reducing drum. The mill box includes an infeed opening that is configured to receive material from a feed table and has an upper opening defined by the outlet edge of the mill box lid.
MOBILE WASTE COMMINUTING DEVICE COMPRISING A PARALLEL HYBRID DRIVE SYSTEM
The waste shredding device according to the invention comprises: at least one shredding shaft; an internal combustion engine; a first and a second powertrain between the internal combustion engine and the shredding shaft; at least one energy converter coupled to the internal combustion engine in the first powertrain for converting mechanical energy of the internal combustion engine into storable energy; at least one auxiliary motor supplied with the storable energy in the first powertrain for introducing mechanical energy into the first powertrain; and an energy store for storing at least part of the storable energy and for at least partially supplying the at least one auxiliary motor with the storable energy, in particular for storing storable energy in the event of periods with low power demand and for delivering energy in the event of periods of high power demand.
