RECYCOIL OPERATING PROCESS
This invention is aimed at a problem arising in the oil and gas industry, namely disposal of tubing after it has reached ‘end-of-life’. Currently, there is no good way of efficiently reclaiming coil tubing which is no longer useful in the oilfield for production or drilling-related purposes. Instead the tubing is typically stored as junk, or shipped on reels to foundries for remanufacturing. This invention aims to assist in the recycling or reclamation of end-of-life coiled tubing by safely and efficiently turning the tubulars into compact chips or shreds, and may be helpful in the recycling and reclamation of other types of tubing, jointed pipe, pipeline and similar conduit materials.
DEVICE, KIT AND METHOD FOR TREATING BULK PRODUCTS
In order to be able to operate a dust separator with or without a lower closure element (44), the closure element (44) is part of a separate closure unit (40) which is mounted under the dust separator if required. For this purpose, the dust separator, the closure unit (40) and optionally further components, such as a delivery flow generator, are kept available in a kit so as to be able to assemble the treatment unit as required. The dust separator can be operated in batches by means of the closure element (44).

Solid waste treatment process
In an apparatus and process described, an organic fraction of solid waste is separated from light contaminants such as plastics and heavy contaminants such as grit. The organic fraction is subsequently processed by anaerobic digestion, which converts volatile solids to gas. In a first stage of the process, the waste is processed through a separator such as a vertical mill, which removes light fraction contamination, reduces organics particle size and dilutes the waste to thereby produce a slurry. In a second stage of the process, the slurry passes through a grit removal system, which removes heavy and settleable material, for example by way of a hydrocyclone. The light and heavy fraction contaminants are not carried through to the digestion process. The particle size of the organics is also reduced to facilitate digestion and the slurry has a dry solids concentration suitable for anaerobic digestion.

Flotation method
A flotation method for recovering valuable metal containing ore particles from ore particles suspended in slurry is disclosed. In the method, the slurry is treated in an at least one overflow flotation cell and the valuable metal containing ore particles are recovered by conducting the continuous upwards flow of slurry out of the at least one overflow flotation cell as slurry overflow. At least part of the slurry overflow is conducted to a further treatment step in a treatment system.

SYSTEM FOR GLUE-COATING PLANT PARTICLES
The invention relates to an installation for producing glued plant particles, in particular from annual plants (e.g. straw), in order to produce boards, e.g. fibreboards or chipboards, having at least one comminuting apparatus (2) for comminuting plant-based starting material to form scatterable plant particles, and having a gluing apparatus (15) for gluing the plant particles. This installation is characterized in that at least one first screening apparatus (3) for separating silicate particles from the plant particles is arranged between the comminuting apparatus (2) and the gluing apparatus (15).

METHOD FOR PROCESSING ELECTRONIC AND ELECTRIC DEVICE COMPONENT SCRAPS
Provided is a method for processing electronic and electrical device component scrap, which can improve an efficiency of sorting of raw materials fed to the smelting step from electronic and electrical device component scrap, and reduce losses of valuable metals. A method for processing electronic and electrical device component scrap which includes sorting electronic and electrical device component scrap by wind powder sorting to remove plate-shaped materials containing valuable metals included in the electronic and electrical device component scrap, and then sorting the resulting sorted objects by magnetic sorting.
