Low Temperature Plasma Air Purifier with High Speed Ion Wind Self-adsorption
The present invention discloses a low temperature plasma air purifier with high speed ion wind self-adsorption, which comprises a power module releasing a high-voltage direct current, a housing functioning as a support, an emitter electrode generating a strong ionization field, and a dust collecting electrode adsorbing various particles, wherein the emitter electrode comprises one or more needle-like conductors, circular holes fitted with each of the needle-like conductors are provided on the dust collecting electrode. The present invention has a simple structure and a small size, and realizes a high purification speed without the assistance of fans. The porous metal structure of the dust collecting electrode increases the contact area for air purification so that the dust collecting electrode has a strong adsorbability, which ensures a good air purification effect.
Air purification system
The present disclosure envisages an air purification system. The system comprises includes a shell, a blower, an electrode and a plurality of spikes. The shell has electrically-grounded wall(s), an inlet, and an outlet. The blower generates flow of air through the shell. The electrode is fitted within the shell between the inlet and the outlet and is electrically isolated from the shell body. The spikes extend from the electrode. The spikes have tips spaced apart from the inner surfaces of the walls and generate a corona between the tips and the inner surface of the walls when an high voltage electric current is passed through the electrode and thereby ionize gases and charge particles present in the air resulting in the particles being deposited on the inner surface of the walls of the shell.
Electric dust collecting device and air conditioner having the same
An electric dust collecting device and an air conditioner having the same are disclosed. The electric dust collecting device includes a first filter unit including a plurality of discharge electrode plates which are spaced apart from each other and have spaces defined therebetween, a high voltage generator electrically connected to all of the plurality of discharge electrode plates, and a second filter unit disposed downstream of the first filter unit in an air flow direction and connected to a ground to cause corona discharge between the discharge electrode plates and the second filter unit, whereby particles electrically charged by corona discharge are collected at the second filter unit. The first filter unit has a simplified structure, and cleaning effect is improved.
Active field polarized media air cleaner
Improvements in active field polarized media air cleaner include an aerodynamic front cowling to reduce static air resistance, a rear double hinge to reduce blow by, a resistive center screen permitting the sharing of high voltage power supplies while reducing the tendency to arc and allowing for a higher operational voltage, a dielectric media support frame to produce a more uniform electrostatic field and reduce blow by, while at the same time reducing the tendency to spray corona and/or arc at the edges of the center screen, a substantially flat conductive outer screen to produce a more uniform electrostatic field throughout the filter media and a high-voltage shield to reduce high-voltage arcing and the spraying of corona where the high-voltage probe contacts the center screen.

Ion filtration air cleaner
An ion filtration air cleaning device for cleaning air by use of electrostatic ion attraction. Air having suspended particles is drawn into the device through an inlet by a fan. An ionization source near the inlet generates ions. Electrical charge transfers from the ions to the suspended particles. The fan pushes the air and suspended charged particles toward an outlet. A filter located adjacent to the outlet operates by electrostatic attraction and filters the charged particles from the air, allowing cleansed air to be released from the device, with a reduced level of charged particle emission.
