WATER SPRAYING DEVICE FOR ABOVE GROUND POOL
An aeration nozzle for spraying water infused with air into an above-ground water cavity defined by a wall, comprising a nozzle body having at least a first internal conical portion including an upstream end and a downstream end, the downstream end being smaller than the upstream end, a water way extending through the nozzle body and the first internal conical portion, an air way extending through the nozzle body, the air way intercepting the water way within the nozzle body downstream of the first internal conical portion, and a check valve disposed along the air way that permits air to be pulled through the air way and into the water way by way of a vacuum force caused by water flowing within the water way through the first internal conical portion and prevents water from entering the air way.
Method and system for providing ambiance settings in a bathing system
A method, device and system for displaying, via a user interface, an ambiance setting for a bathing system. The user interface is configured to display at least one display page on a display screen. The method comprises displaying on the display screen, a plurality of ambiance settings selectable by a user of the user interface, receiving, at a processor, an indication of a selected ambiance setting from the plurality of ambiance settings displayed on the display screen and in response to the selected ambiance setting, displaying on the display screen a first operational setting for at least one first type of bathing unit component and a second operational setting for at least one second type of bathing unit component. The first operational setting and the second operational setting are pre-programmed in association with the selected ambiance setting.
METHODS AND APPARATUS FOR A NITRIC OXIDE REPLETION SYSTEM
A nitric oxide repletion system in accordance with an embodiment of the present technology may disperse therapeutic constituents into a reservoir holding a body of liquid. The nitric oxide repletion system may comprise a reservoir, and a liquid circulation system for generating a fluid flow comprising a pump, a main liquid conduit, a venturi injector, an ultrafine bubble (UFB) generator, a main return, a nitric oxide dispensing system and a mineral dispensing system. The nitric oxide repletion system may further comprise a control panel. In some embodiments, the nitric oxide repletion system may further comprise a gas supply and a gas injector system for supplying a desired gas to the venturi injector or the UFB generator.
Spa pool with built-in inflatable seat
A spa pool is provided including a pool body, the pool body including a pool bottom and a pool wall together defining a water cavity. The spa pool further includes: an inflatable seat defining therein a second air chamber and disposed in the water cavity; a first nozzle assembly, wherein at least a part of the first nozzle assembly is accommodated within the inflatable seat, and a first end of the first nozzle assembly is in fluid communication with the water cavity. The pool body further includes a fluid pipeline disposed in the first air chamber, the fluid pipeline being in fluid communication with a second end of the first nozzle assembly, so that the first nozzle assembly provides fluid communication between the water cavity and the fluid pipeline.
SPA BATH WITH HEAT PUMP
Water in a spa bath is heated by an air source heat pump installation 500 enclosed within a housing 502 and operable by way of a control system 520. A fan 504 draws ambient air A into the housing 502 through an air inlet 506 and thence through an evaporator 508. The air inlet 506 and the evaporator 508 each extend substantially from side to side and from top to bottom of the housing 502 and are balanced in relation to the flow or air A, being each formed with airways that in aggregate cross-sectional area are substantially the same. This reduces the drop in air pressure and hence the power required to drive the heat pump installation 500.
Systems and methods for providing network connectivity and remote monitoring, optimization, and control of pool/spa equipment
Systems and methods for providing network connectivity and remote monitoring, optimization, and control of pool/spa equipment are provided. Internet-of-Things (IoT) functionality is provided for pool and spa equipment in a flexible and cost-effective manner. Network connectivity and remote monitoring/control of pool and spa equipment is provided by various components such as a network communication and local control subsystem installed in pool/spa equipment, and other components. Also disclosed are various control processes (pool logic) which can be embodied as software code installed in any of the various embodiments of the present disclosure.
Soaking basin having magnetic jet
A soaking basin is provided having a magnetic jet assembly positioned to provide a therapeutic liquid circulation within the basin. The magnetic jet includes an impeller assembly and a drive assembly. The impeller assembly operatively coupled to the magnetic drive assembly only via magnetic attraction, such that a basin wall and a disposable liner are disposed between the impeller assembly and the magnetic drive assembly.
Portable hydro-thermal therapy system for use with a vessel for containing water and method for use of same
A portable hydro-thermal therapy system for use with a vessel for containing water and method for use of the same are disclosed. In one embodiment, the portable hydro-thermal therapy system includes a mobile trailer having a platform to achieve point-to-point haulage thereof. A cool water supply device having inlet and outlet port is mounted on the platform. The cool water supply device includes a water circulation path from the inlet port to the outlet port, a water pump coupled to the water circulation path, and a refrigeration cycle contained within the cool water supply device. A thermostat and water pump may cooperate in combination to provide water between about 50 F. and about 55 F. The water circulation path is thermally proximate to the evaporator coil in order to cool the water being pumped through the water circulation path to and from the vessel by way of inlet and outlet tubing.
Bearing and shaft assembly for jet assemblies
An improved bearing and shaft assembly includes a bearing assembly having an outer bearing member and an inner bearing member, and a shaft assembly having a shaft member, a shaft protection member, and a locking mechanism. The outer bearing member has a cavity for receiving the inner bearing member, and fits within a cavity of an impeller. The shaft assembly is secured within a housing of a jet assembly. The shaft protection member has a cavity for receiving the shaft member. The shaft protection member fits within the cavity of the inner bearing member. Also, a jet assembly, which includes the improved bearing and shaft assembly, may be coupled to a motor assembly. The jet assembly further includes the housing that includes at least one inlet aperture and at least one outlet aperture, and an impeller positioned within a cavity of the housing.
