In accordance with embodiments of the invention, a portable face rinsing faucet attachment is provided. The portable face rinsing faucet attachment includes a body. An intake channel is operable for attachment to a faucet to receive pressurized water from the faucet. A flow path is defined by the body and is in fluid communication with the intake channel. The flow path is operable to receive pressurized water from the intake channel. A plurality of spray channels is defined by the body and are operable to receive and pressurize water from the flow path. A plurality of spray holes is defined by the spray channels and are operable to receive and spray water from said spray channels. A drain is defined by the body.

An inductive electrostatic atomization nozzle includes a nozzle body. The nozzle body has an internal gas flow channel and a liquid flow channel surrounding the internal gas flow channel. An electrode ring is arranged around the liquid flow channel at an inlet of the liquid flow channel. In the inductive electrostatic atomization nozzle, the electrode ring is arranged at the inlet of the liquid flow channel, which ensures that the electrode ring is located far away from the outlet of the inductive electrostatic atomization nozzle.

The vortex screw has helical threads. The inner housing has an inner vortex screw with outside helical threads. When water passes through the outer and inner vortex screws the water is rotated before the water passes into the vortex chambers of the inner and outer housings. The water discharged from the outer housing forms an outer dome shape and the water discharged from the inner housing forms an inner dome shape inside the outer dome shape.

The wand hose end has a wand hose end valve for control of water flow from a hose. A refill cartridge having a swirl chamber may be attached to the hollow tube. The refill cartridge has external channels or grooves on its external surface as a water rinse feature for the spray wand.

The cup body includes one or more spray control features that extend along the inner conical surface toward the circumferential edge. The one or more spray control features promote a selected uniform droplet size of the paint traveling from the stem toward the circumferential edge.
