Alignment device (1) for adjusting a position of a curved shower bar nozzle flange (2) relative a permeable outer cylindrical surface (3) of a drum roll (4) of for instance a drum washer. The alignment device comprises a body element (8), an attachment device (9) and a contact element (11). The body element has a length adapted to a desired predetermined distance between the end (7) of the nozzle flange and the outer cylindrical surface (3). The attachment device (9) is arranged at a first end (10) of the body element (8) for releasably connecting the body element to the nozzle flange end (7) to extend tangentially therefrom. The contact element (11) is arranged at a second opposite end (12) of the body element, said contact element being adapted to abut against said permeable outer cylindrical surface (3). A method for aligning a nozzle flange using such an alignment device is also provided.

Each of the spray and roller boom arms have a longitudinal axis that extends transverse to the spray machine ordinary forward direction of travel. In another embodiment, combination spray and roller boom arms are hinged to the undercarriage, and so may be lifted from horizontal to vertical to avoid obstacles.

Therefore, clothing treatment performance such as crease removal or the like can be improved, and the time taken to treat clothing can be reduced. The spray pressure of the movable spray unit (200) can be maintained constant, an installation space for the flow path member (300) can be minimized, and generation of condensed water in the flow path member (300) can be prevented.

The invention provides that the air hose (4) is jacketed by a support sheath (10) including material bars (10a) and intermediate openings (10b), the air hose (4) being connected in a connecting area (15) via the support sheath (10) to the ballast receptacle (20), and the openings (10b) being positioned at least in the first circumferential area (B1) of the air hose (4) so as to allow air to be discharged from the perforation (9) in the air hose (4).
