A valve assembly wherein the inner wall of the valve body comprises at least one opening for the entry of a liquid under pressure following output of a slurry or liquid from a tube or pipe. The valve assembly is particularly useful in maintaining a semi-continuous or continuous pressurized flow of biomass from an extruder and extending the reaction zone downstream from the extruder. An advantage of having an extended reaction zone allows for a complete treatment of materials without further wear on the extruder and also allows manipulation of the upstream treatment of materials in the tube or pipe.

An ultrasonic stepping motor device for generating ultra-fine single droplet includes a valve housing, a valve core, and a spring. The valve core and the spring are installed inside the valve housing, and the valve core abuts against a liquid inlet of the valve housing under an elastic force of the spring. The valve housing is connected with a injector through a catheter, and the catheter is driven for linear operation by the inverse piezoelectric effect of piezoelectric ceramics through an ultrasonic linear motor. A right end of the catheter is equipped with a rubber piston, and the rubber piston is arranged in a cavity of the injector and matched with the injector. Since the piezoelectric vibrator driven catheter can produce nano feed length, and the volume of droplets overflowed each time can reach micron level, which can meet the requirements of producing micro droplets.

An atomizing spray nozzle device includes an atomizing zone housing that receives different phases of materials used to form a coating. The atomizing zone housing mixes the different phases of the materials into a two-phase mixture of ceramic-liquid droplets in a carrier gas. The device also includes a plenum housing fluidly coupled with the atomizing housing and extending from the atomizing housing to a delivery end. The plenum housing includes an interior plenum that receives the two-phase mixture of ceramic-liquid droplets in the carrier gas from the atomizing zone housing. The device also includes one or more delivery nozzles fluidly coupled with the plenum chamber. The delivery nozzles provide outlets from which the two-phase mixture of ceramic-liquid droplets in the carrier gas is delivered onto one or more surfaces of a target object as the coating on the target object.

A water-fertilizer-pesticide integrated multifunctional irrigation spray head, mainly including a first spray hole, a second spray hole, a spray head cap, a spray head body, an atomization core, water passing holes, springs, cover sheets, a pipe connector, water outlet holes, a throat cavity, a chamfered groove, and a helical groove. The spray head is configured as a double-flow channel structure. The spray head body and the atomization core are provided in the spray head cap. The atomization core is provided in an inner cavity of the spray head body and is threadedly connected. The bottom of the spray head body is provided with cover sheets, each of the cover sheets is connected by a respective one of the springs. When the working pressure is a low pressure, the cover sheets are in an open state, and the liquid is sprayed by means of two flow channels.

An atomizing spray nozzle device includes an atomizing zone housing that receives different phases of materials used to form a coating. The atomizing zone housing mixes the different phases of the materials into a two-phase mixture of ceramic-liquid droplets in a carrier gas. The device also includes a plenum housing fluidly coupled with the atomizing housing and extending from the atomizing housing to a delivery end. The plenum housing includes an interior plenum that receives the two-phase mixture of ceramic-liquid droplets in the carrier gas from the atomizing zone housing. The device also includes one or more delivery nozzles fluidly coupled with the plenum chamber. The delivery nozzles provide outlets from which the two-phase mixture of ceramic-liquid droplets in the carrier gas is delivered onto one or more surfaces of a target object as the coating on the target object.

In a sanitary outlet unit (1), it is provided that a contact surface (6) is formed on a valve element (4) which is adjustable between an open position and a closed position in a flow path (2), which contact surface (6), in the open position, covers a corresponding, stationary counterpart surface (7) and, in the closed position, frees said counterpart surface (7), such that the valve element (4) is automatically held in the open position by the pressure in the flow path and returns to the closed position in the event of a pressure drop.

An atomizing nozzle arrangement (1) is described including a housing (2, 3) having an inlet, a valve seat (6), a valve element (7) interacting with the valve seat (6), restoring means (8) acting on the valve element (7), and an orifice (9), wherein the valve element 7 cooperates with a guidance element (12) which is arranged in a bore of the housing (2, 3). In such an atomizing nozzle arrangement noise should be kept low. To this end, a combination of the guidance element (12) and the valve element (7) includes a surface having a smooth transition in a direction away from the valve seat (6).

A washer nozzle comprises a first flow path that extends in the longitudinal direction of an arm piece, a second flow path that is connected to the downstream side of the first flow path and that extends in a direction intersecting the longitudinal direction of the arm piece, an upstream opening that opens the first flow path and the second flow path toward one side in the longitudinal direction of the arm piece, and a blocking member that is provided with a joint part connected by a washer tube and that blocks the upstream opening.

An extruder and valve system comprises a conduit for conveying a biomass stream using a plurality of injector assemblies to provide water or other fluids and/or steam for pretreatment. Each injector in the assembly is connected to a corresponding port in the extruder. The ports can be positioned at discrete locations of the extruder or beyond to deliver the appropriate amount of fluid or steam for the processing of biomass or other materials.

A vehicle cleaning device includes a cylinder to which a cleaning fluid is supplied; a piston slidably inserted in the cylinder; a spray nozzle unit mounted at a leading end of the piston and configured to spray the cleaning fluid toward an object-to-be-cleaned; and a cap that closes a gap between the cylinder and the piston in an opening of the cylinder through which the piston protrudes. The cap includes a tubular part inside the cylinder, and the tubular part defines an end of movement of the piston. A communication hole is provided between a communication groove provided in an outer peripheral surface of the tubular part and an inner peripheral surface of the cylinder, and the gap between the cylinder and the piston communicates with the outside of the cylinder through the communication hole.
