Coating device for applying coating agent in a controlled manner
The disclosure concerns a coating device for coating components with a coating agent, in particular for painting motor vehicle body components with a paint, with a printhead for applying the coating agent to the component, and with a coating agent supply for supplying the printhead with the coating agent to be applied, wherein the coating agent flows from the coating agent supply to the printhead at a specific coating agent pressure and a specific flow rate. The disclosure provides that the coating supply will control the coating agent pressure and/or the flow rate of the coating agent. Furthermore, the disclosure includes an associated operating method.
Portable Spray System
Infectious diseases may be acquired in public areas such as transportation terminals, shopping centers, schools, hospitals, restaurants and hotels. Large surface areas may be disinfected using a spray system to distribute a suitable fluid such as a disinfectant. Many existing spray systems are large and unwieldy causing operator fatigue. Some spray systems have large, heavy external tanks that provide fluid to the spray system using an external fluid hose. Disclosed is an improved portable spraying system that may be carried by a system operator. The improved system has a tank, a pump, a valve, a nozzle, and a fan all powered by a battery. The tank, the pump, and the battery are arranged to minimize operator fatigue. With the valve set to the priming position, fluid recirculates to prime the pump. Once the pump is primed, the valve is turned to the spray position to begin spraying.
Discharge head for a liquid dispenser and liquid dispenser having such a discharge head
A discharge head having a housing, a coupling device for attachment to a liquid store, a discharge opening and an outlet channel extending from an inlet region up to the discharge opening and by which the discharge opening is supplied with liquid. For throttling the liquid to be discharged, the discharge head has a throttle device with a throttle channel for reduction in the liquid pressure and/or the liquid flow through the throttle device. The throttle device is switchable between throttling and release states, and a minimum free cross section of the throttle channel is varied to subject liquid flowing in the direction of the discharge opening to a high throttling effect in the throttling state and liquid flowing in the direction of the inlet region is subjected to a low throttling effect in the release state.
Fluid application system including electrically-actuated valves and fluid return line
A fluid application system includes a fluid supply line connected to a fluid supply, a plurality of nozzle assemblies connected in fluid communication with the fluid supply line, and a return line. Each nozzle assembly includes an inlet connected to the fluid supply line, a nozzle defining a spray outlet, a return line outlet, and an electrically actuated three-way valve fluidly connected between the inlet and each of the spray outlet and the return line outlet. The three-way valve is configured to alternately direct fluid from the inlet to the return line outlet and the spray outlet. The return line is connected in fluid communication with the return line outlet of each nozzle assembly, and is configured to direct fluid from the return line outlet to the fluid supply line.
SPRAYING SYSTEM FOR AGRICULTURAL VEHICLE AND SPRAYING METHOD USING SUCH A SYSTEM
A spraying system for an agricultural vehicle including a spraying boom and a circuit including a tank, a pump, a pilot-operated pressure regulator and a plurality of spraying sections each including at least one spraying device including at least one spraying nozzle designed to spray treatment liquid on plants to be treated in the field, a first distributor and at least one direct acting pressure limiter, the circuit also including a second distributor and a spraying system a control unit designed to implement a step to prime the spraying system.
Liquid recirculating valve
A liquid dispensing valve for dispensing of liquid solution, the liquid dispensing valve operable to create a vacuum buildup of pressure, such that the liquid moves on a recirculation path from the intake port to the output port. The recirculation of the liquid prevents sediment within the liquid from settling, and further prevents backpressure, and allows for continuous recirculation of the solution through a suction return line, providing generally consistent flow of liquid. The liquid dispensing valve's ability to minimize sediment buildup allows for a quick cleaning of the lines while also minimizing potential contamination of the general area.
Coating apparatus for reducing waste of coating liquid, method for recycling coating liquid by utilization of the same, and method for cleaning the same
A coating apparatus, a method of recycling a coating liquid by utilization of the same and a method for cleaning the same are provided. The coating apparatus includes a supply device, a coater device and a recycling device. The supply device includes a liquid inlet, a liquid outlet and a coating liquid supply unit connected with the liquid inlet. The coater device includes a coating liquid nozzle including a receiving opening connected with the liquid outlet of the supply device, a coating opening and an exhaust opening. The recycling device includes a recycled liquid outlet and at least one recycling inlet including a supply process recycling inlet which is connected with the exhaust opening of the coating liquid nozzle, and the recycled liquid outlet is connected with the liquid inlet of the supply device.
Fluid dispensing and recirculation valve
A fluid recirculation and dispenser valve unit of a fluid comprises a fluid recirculation and dispenser valve and a cartridge in which an axial valve seat is made which at least partially houses said valve. Said valve comprises a valve body and a valve rod which extends partially in said valve body and which is axially movable between a closed rearward position of the valve and an open forward position of the valve. The axial valve seat comprises a proximal recirculation portion, which communicates fluidically with a recirculation duct, and a distal dispenser portion in fluidic communication with a dispenser duct.
