Liquid dispensing applicators having backpressure control devices, and related methods
An applicator for dispensing liquid material onto a substrate includes a body, a valve module, and a backpressure control device having a device passage. The body includes an inlet passage, a dispensing outlet passage, and a recirculation outlet passage. The valve module has a dispensing mode and a recirculation mode, and directs the liquid material through the dispensing outlet passage in the dispensing mode and directs the liquid material through the recirculation outlet passage in the recirculation mode. The backpressure control device directs the liquid material through the device passage in the recirculation mode such that a backpressure of the liquid material in the recirculation mode is substantially equal to a backpressure of the liquid material in the dispensing mode. A method of adjusting a backpressure experienced by liquid material is also disclosed.
PORTABLE HYDRATION SYSTEM WITH INTEGRATED CIRCULATORY AND HEATING SYSTEM
A hydration system is provided. The hydration system includes a container configured to receive and maintain a quantity of liquid, a pump connected to the container, a hose system comprising a plurality of hoses connected to the container and the pump and configured to receive liquid from the container, and an end piece connected to one of the plurality of hoses configured to be used by a user of the hydration system. The pump is configured to circulate liquid through the hose system and container to maintain a relatively similar liquid temperature for all liquid contained in the hose system and container.
PLURAL COMPONENT MACHINE, HOSE AND SPRAY GUN SYSTEM
A pressurized fluid turbulence system includes a component inlet that receives a liquid component, component outlet for expelling the liquid component and an adjustable ball valve arranged between and in fluid communication with the component inlet and component outlet, and can open and close a flow path between the two. The component inlet and outlet both have a cylindrical channel and the component inlet is upstream from the component outlet. A cylindrically shaped pressurized input receives a pressurized fluid and has a longitudinal axis aligned in a direction towards the adjustable ball valve such that a pressurized fluid may impact the adjustable ball valve when the pressurized input is in an open position. A system for mixing two liquid components includes two pressurized fluid turbulence systems in which the two liquid components are mixed downstream of the component outlets.

COATING APPARATUS, METHOD FOR RECYCLING COATING LIQUID BY UTILIZATION OF THE SAME, AND METHOD FOR CLEANING THE SAME
A coating apparatus, a method of recycling a coating liquid by utilization of the same and a method for cleaning the same are provided. The coating apparatus includes a supply device, a coater device and a recycling device. The supply device includes a liquid inlet, a liquid outlet and a coating liquid supply unit connected with the liquid inlet. The coater device includes a coating liquid nozzle including a receiving opening connected with the liquid outlet of the supply device, a coating opening and an exhaust opening. The recycling device includes a recycled liquid outlet and at least one recycling inlet including a supply process recycling inlet which is connected with the exhaust opening of the coating liquid nozzle, and the recycled liquid outlet is connected with the liquid inlet of the supply device.
Cleaning device
A cleaning device, which includes a clean water tank, a water pump and a cleaning head. A water outlet of the clean water tank is connected with the water pump, and a water outlet of the water pump is connected with the cleaning head through an outlet pipe. The cleaning device further includes an outlet control switch and a one-way water hydraulic control valve. The outlet control switch is provided on the outlet pipe; a water inlet of the one-way water hydraulic control valve is connected with the outlet pipe, and a joint of the water inlet of the one-way water hydraulic control valve and the outlet pipe is disposed between the outlet control switch and the water pump; and a water outlet of the one-way water hydraulic control valve is communicated with a water inlet of the clean water tank.

The body includes an inlet passage, a dispensing outlet passage, and a recirculation outlet passage. The valve module has a dispensing mode and a recirculation mode, and directs the liquid material through the dispensing outlet passage in the dispensing mode and directs the liquid material through the recirculation outlet passage in the recirculation mode. The valve stem is movable between an open position in the dispensing mode and a closed position in the recirculation mode. The backpressure control device directs the liquid material through the device passage in the recirculation mode such that a backpressure of the liquid material in the recirculation mode is substantially equal to a backpressure of the liquid material in the dispensing mode.
Large Area Liquid Solution Application
A Large Area Liquid Solution Application includes a boom equipped with a series of easily removable spray nozzles, for easier cleaning and maintenance, attached to a standard truck trailer hitch receiver with a pump assembly attached onto a reservoir loaded onto a truck bed. This invention presents an effective deicing apparatus and method to spray brine evenly on the pavement. The reservoir is easily secured manually with standard ratchet straps and the boom connects to any standard truck tow hitch without the use of tools. The equipment panel with attached pump is easily removable and the pump fittings and corresponding output hoses manually snap in and out of place to allow easier maintenance and cleaning. Communicating wirelessly, the present invention is activated by a wireless key enabling a truck driver to control the system without needing to exit the vehicle and manually shut of the sprayer.
WATER CONSERVING SHOWER SYSTEM AND THERMOCHROMIC FIXTURES USED THEREIN
A water delivery system includes a mixing valve operable for delivering a water flow of adjustable temperature from a water source to a dispensing device downstream from the mixing valve; a thermochromic thermal indicator, fluidly coupled between the mixing valve and the dispensing device, that provides a visible indication of the water flow having achieved a predetermined temperature; and a diverter valve, fluidly coupled between the mixing valve and the dispensing device, and operable to direct the water flow selectively either to the dispensing device or back to the water source. The thermal indicator may be a thermochromic PVC conduit, or it may be a fitting having an inlet, an outlet, a thermochromic PVC element therebetween, and a barrier located between the inlet and the outlet so as to define a flow path that includes an interior surface of the thermochromic element.
